Dear gm, i request for a complete wipe or reset of all non quest items, in all characters, reason is because:
- tons of hacks the fact that a dupe hack exist is not a rumour, you and many know it’s true best example is the arde daggers and equipment set of bots. Who knows what else they’ve been duplicating. And that’s not the only hack that exist
- money exploit like this thread.
- the entire market is royally screwed, over inflated and the price is being controlled by the few hackers, botters and bug abusers.
Recently I got less and less interest to play this game, started playing dota back again because it’s totally pointless to play ToS anymore

if every had tons on silver there wont be issue , the issue that only exploiters and bug abusers have tons , while others dont…so 0 chance of buying anything that is rare for this players while others have silver enough to buy it 10 times ,once the server is open to f2p player…it will get worse , ppl will dupe items and exploit on f2p accounts , buy token , trade to main char and avoid bans…
fix this before it gets worse.

I too agree on a total wipe of the game. Because, how is it possible that you’re able to detect the people who used these exploits and ban them? Not to mention, the price of the goods at Market has been screwed.

I really dont want a rollback. Its already a hassle to level. And I spent so much time already trying to get to rank 6.

they have to somehow compensate it. But to me, fairness is important. They have to either find these people, or restart the whole thing

Just a theory:
there are 2 usual ways to get infinite currency from market or from any other way that allows for currency transfer (in various games)
- To manipulate network packets to set negative price.
- To put a stack of items for sale with certain price that would cause integer overflow.
If its something else then props for those who discovered it. If it is one of the above - shame on IMC for not putting sanity checks.

You may as well just ask IMC to give every player a kick in the teeth in case they’re one of the tiny fraction of people who benefitted from this exploit.
It’s not a good idea at all and it would cause a lot more harm than good.
It’s funny that some people want a reset cause they don’t know how to play this game and how to make money.
1 example for easy money, and getting millions in your pocket in no time. (Not for long, cause f2p will happen and many of the players starting to figure this out.)

Farm Terra Imp! Not many people know that these guys are dropping the Velniup recipe which is nice money. Terra Imp Decoration too… This sword also use in other recipes.
+1 douchbag move:
You can easily manipulate the AH with enough money. Example buy corpse hands, cause many people need that. Buy all of them for 250 and sell them for 1k each.
Also, you can manipulate the AH again, with much more money. Like you buy all the velniup recipes, place one for 2.500.000 Silver , and that will prevent EVERYBODY to go beyond 500.000 Silver, and people will still buy the recipe cause it’s an awesome thing.
You can basicly get infinity money by being a douchbag. The problem is the AH is flawed.

you cannot resell materials or consumables you buy from market.

Ah, I didn’t know that. Cause it seems that somebody is buying all the cheap ones and playing them for 1k right away, or above.
He meant Infinite silver. Hence, I believe its rather bad. Not something so easily dissuaded.
