I noticed this same person doing this yesterday but in a different zone, was confused what they were attacking until I saw mobs randomly getting hit that weren’t near anyone.
Could just be a full set of “AoE Range Ratio” gear, and some form of auto-attack set-up (Macro, or Bubble-gum on his [Z] key). Although I’m not 100% sure the result of all that would allow someone to hit from that far (Will test it out myself @ some point).

but he put his char on midle spot so he can auto atk with macro
No, apparently all those loots on the floor are his. If I try too use fire ball a bit further away it will be immediately suck in front of him. .
