IMC's Journey with [Poison]

Card got nerfed way before my post. IMC merely patched it into iToS later than ktos.
It was merely an unintended loophole for players alike to exploit for cheap damage.

I was merely stating whats obvious. Highlight is, it wasnt even designed or intended
to hit cap damage from the start.

Might as well rework Card effect to be :star: Level/3 % chance to deal cap damage for 6s

I am pretty sure if it was intended, the card effect would be as such.

lol.

okay then what about bleed. should it do 777k too? World boss is supposed to be a challenging content. It should be challenging at the very least. If you are taking 4 hours to kill a boss, you are definitely not ready

Do note that we have yet to receive the next update for World Bosses. Those 75% damage reduction still make Bit card a valuable card for damage. 100k damage wont be easy to come by in the future. Think about it

What @Pokart and @Asriel mentioned is really true. The rewards arent worth it
If i were to spend 4 hours and consumables to kill a boss i would want it to be really rewarding or at least jack up drop rates for certain items.

You must be playing on one highly populated server. I doubt that the 10-30 players averaged who were participating in killing a boss on Fedimian would be able to kill the boss within 3-4 hours unless every single one of them is a meta cookie-cutter whale. There are a lot of Classes/builds that deal not as much damage as others.

How can they be ever ready if IMC forsakes them to be good enough to hurt the Demon Lords?
+40 T10 weapon? Is that even realistic thinking? Should everyone just reroll to meta and fund it with 1-2 billion just to get to the point where he/she can finally participate in hunting a Demon Lord?

With less playerbase, less hardcore funding and maybe even less meta-bandwagoning, Demon Lords are a painful experience you’d never wish someone to experience. I rather grind levels in a normal RPG for several hours straight than doing the same thing over and over again.

It would be better to have a built-in damage calculator for bosses that makes them more beefy when a certain damage threshold is met over a certain time period via buffs so that demon lord hunting during night hours/early morning hours and on less populated servers does not turn into a mental torture for those sacrificing their free time to have fun.

Except last time i remember it took around 2 hours on Fedi, not even in peak player time with around 5-6 parties.

It seems to me you’re a bit delusional on what it actually takes to kill WB atm. no need neither for +40 not for trans 10 weapons. Same as no need for 1-2 bil investment. +11 to +16 with trans5 and a working build and a party which works together and know what they do. 4-5 of those parties and WB is not as big deal as you describe it.

EDIT: or maybe i’m wrong, couldn’t check gear on each and every player who was there at WB, maybe really it was only our party with what i describe, but still we dealt some decent damage.

@Ersakoz you should go WB on early morning when No Shinobi there

and no there was no shinobi there just in case you think it’s due to the bug. all parties had magic DD setup. so it’s not the case

 in telsia, boss died less than 15 min… except early morning… all shinobi are sleeping…

i’m just curious but what classes do u guys bring to world boss ?

I tried few days ago in noon when most shinobi still sleeping/working . It was slower than usual , but nothing near 1 hour.

I wish I have the time to play more and actively like you guys do but I don’t have such luxuries at the moment. If I have th opportunity I will drop by in the morning for some fun and minerals

FYI it applies only to doppel Nobi. I do not have the slice of the pie. Poison bug was already fixed in ktos and wasn’t intended in the first place . So that’s how it should be like

When imc did the 777 crit Bug , I don’t think tels will take 1 hour to kill the boss anyway. It’s not like you get 777 crit at a snap of a finger.

I’m the middleman of this mess and I see is a pot calling a kettle black. Let’s not deviate from the main topic here which is how imc should change poison. With the new wugu changes . There might be new poison Mechanic players can look forward too.

As much as I want to , please abstain from drama fueled post as this post was originally intended for proper poison discusssion in this game. You can project your frustration at other related threads such as the one discussing 777 crit bug.

Perhaps if you really want to end this bug once and for all , you could use the spare time to trail and error and assist staff Letitia in the debugging process. With my limited time and resources we have tried several on/off buffs to see if the Bug still persist. In layman terms, it’s like finding a needle in a haystack. I look forward to your assistance if possible and if you have any clues , please inbox me in forum or discord
