They’re taking their sweet time to troubleshoot it.

Unfortunately does not have a global organization that oversees developers of games for abusive practices / xenophobic / racist, as IMC has been doing all the time, favoring players NA / EU / SEA and neglect /abusing monetarily S.A players

So having shitty servers makes them bigot/racist/xenophobes? Are you retarded?

If they were racist then why would they even give them servers. If anything they would of just IP blocked the entire place. Just call it what it is, shitty service. Perhaps they could be handeling it wrong. Perhaps they dont care. Perhaps they are really trying and are having a hard time with everything.

No one knows. So calling them all these things is stupid because you cant say for sure 100% that they are doing this because they ■■■■■■■ hate SA.

oh hell i know, they got pissed off because of the boleto fraud, after that day which was their policy? lets make them pay, literally, we didnt get the steam discount/ we got a server with good ping, but it worked like 5-6 hours and now the server is laggy and still have people who didnt know how to log in, because their character get stuck in randoms map, and what they have done NOTHING! the problem still there after 1 week :smiley: because is a ■■■■■■■ latim american people 3rd country… who cares about them.

I feel like IMC always does the bare minimum work to satisfy us.

They do listen to us, but they always take the least efforts they can and implement it as poorly as they can.

They’re not really the kind of team dedicated to making a better game just for the sake of it.

Well, nothing has changed, even after a full work day at IMC. I frankly expected at least a Flash Server Reboot Maintenance, but… nothing.

And, with tomorrow’s floodgates opening up, the prognosis is not very favorable. Well, nothing to do but wait and see.

Just bumping to see if anything will change. But I doubt on it sadly! =/

Well, mixed bag, today.

I logged into the game around 1 PM Brazil, and, lo and behold, all my characters were available again! Ping was good, and things looked smooth.

Then… the channels started dying. Transitioning to certain maps/channels would kick me out to the Server Selection screen. However, at this stage, I was still able to select a different channel and enter the game again.

Until, of course, all channels started going down.

And, around 7 PM, I am wholly unable to log into the Silute server, yet again. I cannot even reach my Lodge.

Playing ToS now is, frankly, a full-time job, with a mediocre wage =/

They released F2P without even a way to buy TP, I’m half expecting them to abandon ship with the founders pack revenue, and just leave the servers to die.

Want to know how BAD this game is? How IMC suck?

Yeah, it took that long to answer and… guess what, DIDN’T SOLVE.
It’s a game breaking bug, I can’t complete and receive rewards from the adventure journal…

One thing I liked was the “Completionist Rank” It’s awesome, but it’s just one more thing that doesn’t work.

At least u have 6ms, i have 250-300, and thats why i dont play since Silute launch, its just meh with this ping. and i live in the SAME CITY as the server

Yeah, I live in SĂŁo Paulo, too.

To be honest, the ping issue might not be IMC’s fault, but a matter of traffic shaping and routes. Our ISPs down here are legendary in messing up routes and making the life of the average PC gamer a nightmare.

I am using Live TIM and so far, the experience is good. Might be the case to do a tracert and check if the route is all over the place.

Yea I had a good deal on a rapier today and could not trade with the guy due to lag issues.

My good sir, I will bump you. This is the type of feedback/constructive criticism the forums and IMC needs to see, because raging on text will not be taken seriously. IMC needs to address these issues now, more than ever now that it has open F2P. So if they want to succeed they need to pull all the stops.

It’s pretty sad to read your feedback. Why? Because that’s the truth. All of it.

I sent a ticket 5 days ago when I got in rage because the problem. I calmed myselft and did a real clear ticket (pings, tracert, all include). Yesterday, my ticket was answered. That was my first time waiting for whole 5 days to receive a answer in a MMO, but let’s move on.
They came with some “tests” to be done and to open a new ticket with the informations (once again I went in rage. That ticket system don’t let you answer the ticket. You need to create a whole new ticket just to answer the old one).
Once again, I filled my ticket and provided the information, talking about the problem of the community and that the only way to connect is using tunneling (pingzapper, wtfast).
When they answered me, I got shocked. This is the first game (Cabal, Tibia, WoW, Aion, B&S, BD, Pangya, PoE and many others before) that they DON’T aggre with you using tunneling. Some publishers say that they don’t responsibilize, but not like this. They answer was as follow:

“Using third party programs are not allowed in the game. However, some Add-on like “Exp Viewer” is considerable. As a reminder, we highly advise you to stay away from using third party programs like “pingzapper” to prevent possible suspension on your account.”

So, now here I am. Scared to death to play this game, because I can’t login by normal means, I can’t use pingzapper to get in…
My token is there, running. My friends there, playing. And here I am, without real words of this case. The lack of communication is real.
