I am not demanding a thing, i don’t even use the market, its a CBT this kind of stuff is bound to happen and they are probably fixing it along with the chat server problems.

Constructive comments only please, your default comments of “its beta” does not help at all…

I don’t think you understand still. Firstly, the people on this site are community managers, they send your info to the development teams, and they work on the issues. They will not always get information back on the situation, because most of the time, it’s already something they know about.

The most they can do is thank you, for your information. But as this has been an ongoing issue, and multiple people have already made posts about it, it’s safe to assume they already know about it.

So your post is not constructive in the least, it’s a repeat of what people have already mentioned, It requires no attention.

I don’t even have a problem with no market. Been using lv 75 rod till lv 149. I just bought new rod when market up today. If it down then it’s down, it’ll surely fix just have to be patient. :astonished:

One thing more annoying than market is chat since it also down together and I can’t send msg to anyone.

Your posts about how my post isn’t constructive, isn’t constructive.

People like this, should lose their key and gave to someone who can use it to something more helpfull…

Why do you want to know why it’s going down? Chances are it’s just being overloaded and crashes or something like that. Why does this require an official response from IMC? At best it should be listed up on the “Known Issues” that they have up, but that’s it.

Not denying though that communication is important, however I really don’t see this as needing any additional information, as long as they’re aware of the issue and working on it.

Jeez, man, calm down. You’re not playing here, you’re testing the game - that’s a bit different, you know.
I agree that this problem may be irritating but once again - this is a Closed Beta Test, and I heard that it is designed to stress-test servers’ capabilities. Thanks to this problem existence IMC know that they’ll need more resources for the market+chat+party server.

Though, what is the point of beta-testing when game is kept broken for weeks ?
NOW is the best time to fix all of this. That’s how imc will improve the worth of the feedbacks.

Stop it with the “it’s a beta” already.
We are indeed expecting bugs and are more than inclined to write bug reports. That is, if our reports aren’t silently ignored…
One way communication (players to imc) isn’t a good environment to conduct tests. Remember last update…

Nobody is demanding nothing, is just he writing like if he have bought the game for U$ 500,00, but the reality is just one, he and others have won a FREE BETA KEY to test, not to demand (:

So you’re implying they aren’t working on it, although it’s a known issue? The servers are being tested right now as we speak. What company would release an official game with a marketboard broken? even after they said they were making a live auction house.

I don’t even have the game, but from the MULTIPLE posts i’ve read on the forums about the “Broken market” even I know that the issue is somewhat common for people, and not always happening. It’s obviously due to the amount of people TESTING the game, trying to put up items, which in the code will show the company what resources they need to put towards the market to make it stable.

This post is just a complaint, it’s not even in bug report. It’s in the general forums area, so it’s open to criticism for the sheer ignorance in it.

I know lots of instances where companies have released games with broken stuff…

Do you know how many is working in Korea? Do you know how to fix it fast? Do you know how many other versions they have to take care? Can you imagine how their desks are full of printed stuff about bug in this and that? You dont, neither do the OP, and its not coming to forums with this “WE WANT” “WE DEMAND” because I for sure am not one that demand and dont have any right to demand a thing here, i am just waiting patiently for the fixes, they fixed some of the Diev skills (Laima statue is working fine now but not Zemynia).

I don’t see why so many people are flaming OP. It’s not like he’s demanding that they instantly re-open market for him. What he (and many others) want is for the people of ToS dev to at least talk to us. To potentially say “ok we’re taking down the market for economy testing” or “yes we’re working to resolve the friend request bug, here’s the problem” etc. I don’t have problems with bugs in beta, but I would like the staff to at least talk to us once in a while. Publisher ineptness was what killed Archeage, and I’ll be damned if I let ToS go down the same road.

They did mention about this on Nov, 3 and 4…
Next day when it down again should be the same thing.
Not to mention on first few day whenever they made some change to game data it also effect shout and market. This was announce in game message.
