As mention… Please seperate mouse left click Attack and Interact with NPC. This is annoying as I need constantly changing my game play to keyboard mode to do certain quest. Annoyed. I believe many ppl here still prefer using mouse gameplay than keyboard only. Please add interact with NPC key binding option so we could set our own or u do it by default right click for interact wit NPC
