I spent over an hour, wasted more than 70 bait, and all I’ve got so far is 1 item… 
Please, fix this nonsense.

yea is that a bug? i put all 10 of my baits but i only go through 1-2 cycles and all my bait is consumed… its expesive especially because i use shrimp
I use shrimp too, so wasting over 70 bait = 70k loss just for a single useless blue tini horn

I spent like 130 shrimps yesterday and got 8 items (3 silver fish, 5 trash)
Yesterday and the day before I got 5 items per 50-60 bait, today 60 bait and only 1 item. I wonder if something was changed

I’ve spent 300k over the last 3 days on Shrimp, and have gotten rather lucky. I have 13 Silver Fish, the Tea Set, the TOS Placard, the Red Butler Costume, the Klaipeda Fishing Rod, and my bait numbers seem to be 92, 143, 79.
Is my luck good?

I’ve had to stop fishing yeasterday, because I had to sleep. After 2 hours I’ve managed to get total 2 items. Hoping to finish my fishing cycle today before reset.
At this rate my 10/10 fishing cycle will be finished in 10 hours
Yesterday, caught 2 items with 120 baits.
Moved to another spot.
Caught the other 8 with 66 baits.

No. Just went from the central spot to the bridge near the Mercenary Post. But it was just pure luck … I guess.
I didn’t try Cobalt Forest at all.

Its cheaper and since its all RNG, why waste it on shirmps?

The price isn’t issue for me, but rather the time it’s consuming. Right now at 6/10 after nearly 4 hours fishing. I can’t leave my PC overnight because of GPU cooler noise

I used worms and spent some on bonfires and paste. So far im 2 days in a row in the golden fish board. Though most that i’ve caught is small silver fish and silver fish. I really wish I can catch 315 materials or card exp.

Not complaining at all but I totally understand you, have to expend 4hours a day to be done with my daily fishing, but most of my guildmates are done in 1 or 2hours. Just how?
The good thing (even if i dislike it) it’s that you can afk fish, so i just go do something else untill im done. (I blame those costumes for this)
Good for you, at least you can catch something, while I’m stuck here fishing for over 4 hours now
