bonfire does not seem to work, or the effect is too small for me to notice.
Hopefully IMC can reduce the fish cycle time. 10 cycle fishing time is on average 1.5~2hrs for me. A reduction to a fishing cycle of 15-20mins for 10 cycles is good enough to keep the “mini afk game” interesting and not a hassle.
the current fishing time is very weird. On my friend account, I used worm as bait and got 10 items in like 30 min while on my account I also used worm but it took me like hours.
It is also better if there is a timer for fishing cycles, bonfire and pastebait.
Today’s turning out to be my first bad fishing day. 4/10 and so far it’s 2 small silver fish, a green eldigo claw, and an elma hair. And I was doing so well on days 1-3.
I’m ok with this …the longer the afk time …more time for me to do something else

This “bad luck” is taking too far, 300k wasted + 5 hours of afk fishing just for 10 useless items. Doesn’t look normal to me.

Are you fishing where there are fishes swimming in the water? or are you just fishing at places where there is open water?
afa I see, there are 4 different categories of fish schools/swarms in the water, ranging from small to really huge.
You have to make sure that your swimmer& bait is actually at a position where the fish schools/swarms move through, otherwise you’ll have really low success chances. I don’t know if the value of the items /the success chance of getting rarer items increases with the size of the fish, but that might be a possibility.

Cobalt Forest doesn’t have fishes in the pond like Klaipeda… that’s just a visual thing. RNG is RNG, don’t try to come up with crazy theories.

Guys, I’ve started fishing around 1:00 AM server time, the reset is at 6:00 AM.
Now guess, did I complete my 10/10 fishing cycle before reset?
