Especially with the crazy prices on costumes/haircuts. They really think they can compete on people spending their steam wallets against the tons of steam sales each day?

Would you rather spend $20+ on a cock costume.
Or use those $20 in your steam wallet for something like the entirely of Life is Strange, Undertale and Dark Souls 1.

And right off the gate, aeria/nexon has weekly updates to their marketplace.
IMC takes 3 months to let you buy TP, and 1 month later adding only one costume.
No sales in between at all lol.

Get the out of here with that Aeria Games sh!t. If this was hosted by Aeria Games I wouldn’t have downloaded it at all much less joined the forums.

One thing for sure tho, Aeria or Nexon here would bug the hell out of IMC to make things too easy for those that cry when facing something challenging, at least for their IQ.

The game in its actual state is pretty easy.

Still waiting for AI tweak, both monsters and bosses, to make things more challenging, instead of mindless high HP pool heavy damage mob.

RMTers making a killing lol. I zoned into channel 1 Klaipeda to get some Pardner buffs and had to block… 5… RMT spam bots. It was brutal.

Yeah now that the server is open to anyone, just wondering if they will really be able to put VAC to use or end up falling into CrapShield’s hand.

Correct me if I’m wrong but Aeria and Nexon are both gaming publishers while Steam is just a distribution platform. Publishers get A WHOLE LOT more say on what happens to a game compared to a distribution platform . . . typically they focus more on churning out cash shop content than actual game content.

Yep. Like flan said, wouldnt play. Aeria or nexon-hosted games are quickly converted into ridiculous 4-figure tiered spender p2w whalefest trash.

lol have you ever tried Echo of Soul from Aeria games? their cash shop are the worst things i’ve seen in my entire life. It’s purely pay2win when things come to aeria games. And Echo of Soul die instanly after few months after launching because of gold exploit and p2w cash shop. Well, EOS still survived until now but it’s kind of ghost town anyway.
So no, no aeria games please

Basically this.Noped out of Aura Kingdom when that tier BS went full-on insane.

I played Life is Strange as the episodes came out on PS4 last year,and finished Undertale 2ish months ago.They were amazing games.

But with more time comes more money.So yes,I’ll probably be buying that hair I’ve been wanting for a while,the swordie outfit and one of those cute hats.

Any game can make money with cute graphics and even cuter costume/hair/mount/effect options.

IMC has it’s issues, that can’t be denied. That being said… even with all of the problems, I still prefer that they are handling the game over an external publisher. =A=a I still have a good bit of faith that once some of the basic issues are firmly taken care of, thing will be fine. That’s probably because I haven’t run into as many issues as a lot of players have though. So I admit, I’m a little biased.

It seems like Kim really cares a lot about the game. And Staff_John is awesome when he’s around. Even Max seems to be trying to communicate more with the players.

All in all, yeah. I don’t want Highest Tier items that cost over $900 USD to get, are game breaking, and ONLY available this way like in Grand Fantasia. Or traps to cost NX as one person pointed out. Or LOL gatcha boxes. Dear lord. No. You know what. Take my 25$ for a costume. That’s better than 50$ spent on gacha boxes with only buff scrolls and an ugly hat to show for it.

God yes.

TinierMe ran on gachas…and I was obsessive.My wallet was just continuously flatlining that entire 3 year span…I can’t live a decent life and try to live with a gacha system again at the same time.What you said times a bajillion.I’d much rather pay more for what I want directly.

And Aura Kingdom had spending tiers,gacha boxes,AND a wheel on their site.Don’t know how I functioned there as long as I did.
