Stupid response because you can get enchant scrolls for free with out spending money and fyi i have made about 25m or so from enchant scrolls since launch

If I had to choose a publisher Iâd probably pick NCSoft, I like the way theyâre handling GW2 and Wildstar. But I doubt theyâd be interested in a game like TOS.
Aeriagames is really bad, but I think I never played a game published by Nexon ⌠never even heard of them before TOS

Personally I like IMC despite their problems. I see they care about the game and do their best to fix problems and add something new (slowly though, but this doesnât bother me at all).
In my opinion, they are much better than Aeria Games, but Iâm unsure about Nexon NA. I noticed they started to work harder and I like their progress.
When IMC announced they would look for a good publisher, everyone was against it and voted for IMC to publish their game. Now you got what you wanted, yet youâre still displeased?! Bro, stop complaining⌠I think itâs the best.

This guys gotta be trolling with this right? ANYTHING is better than letting either of those 2 companies run a game. Had I seen either of those companies in charge of handling this game I would NEVER have considered giving it a chance. I would have seen the name of the publisher and stopped right there and just forgot that this game even existed. And THAT is the exact reason they didnât let either of those companies play a part in this in the NA region they have both racked up a very negative reputation here.
I hear that nexon is a lot better in other regions but I have a really hard time believing it based on how bad it was here.

iâd rather take IMCâs slow progress than play the pay2win model of nexon and aeria games well not sure how nexonâs doing atm since i really stayed away from their games while aeria was kinda ok before i left aura kingdom pretty much everything was obtainable through hard work and patience.

Aeria Games is awful and shuts down tons of failed games with horrible payment models all the time. Havenât bothered much with Nexon stuff but Iâm sure theyâre not much different.

Aeria games is really terrible tbh. Im sure out 20 people, at least 10 or more ppl had play their games coming back with bad experiences.
The majority of people wanted IMC to self-publish the game when they were asked.
Those games you play maybe 10-50 hours, most people here have played ToS for 200-800 hours by now. So seems more reasonable to pay $20 for ToS, no?

I believe @ZeroTigress made an article about this in the ToS wikia, and we even had a brief discussion on this. It was indeed an idea worth taking with a grain of salt, but greenlighting it had been crucial to the development of the game because it showed to the developers that we, the international community, cared as much as the Korean gamers, if not more.
However at some point, the contract with Nexon KR and the ridiculous demands of the local playerbase forced a lot of compromise, and they never had the time to look over the ramifications of coordinating with Steam, such as unadjustible regional prices, etcâŚsomehow itâs just a small snowball that spun out of control.
Itâs basically that, money over real fun for sure, ALL HAIL THE CAPITALISM!!!
Or at least what it turned out to be lol.
Steam is just a shop window, they put the product there and sell, only paying steam the rent for a space in the shop and distribution servers.
One thing you have to hand to them tho, with their mirroring most canât complain about the download speeds.
