There is a lot of hate and anger being shoved around these forums, I appreciate what you have done. I can play this game for free people said the DLC packs were ugly and wanted TP so you made that happen I see notable increases in FPS from the latest patch as well. I see that you guys are trying and I want to give my thanks. This game is great and i believe I will get a good couple of year out of it

Made it happen? You mean give the option to players to purchase TP, but don’t allow the players to retrieve the TP? Made what happen? Made players more frustrated.

I purchased and received just fine.
Again stop hating its a free game. Its not a steam they gave up and aren’t doing anything. And if its anything like maplestorys dev team when they first came out with GMS things will go slow but it will get done. Stop crying

Well I mean if some people are experiencing problems receiving things that they bought from IMC, that sorta justifies complaining… I mean there’s ‘whining’ and then there’s justifiable complaints that need to be made and this is one of them >_>

No it doesn’t use a refund from steam and try again. Find a solution to your problem without hating.
Because it’s my job as a player to fix their bugs for them right?

Honestly I’m having trouble thinking of a single example of a change, or release for this game since EA started that hasn’t had absolutely gaping flaws, or horrendous bugs…
How are people even white knighting this anymore?
the game has been released publicly for like a month calm down mr instant gratification.
No idea, but those type of people are the ones who stays quiet when they get bullied in real life and watch others get bullied without doing a damn thing. In other words, cowards.

I mean there’s been a known glitch with a skill since closed beta a year ago that still exists in the Korean launch for a couple years now that CRASHES the game.
I mean… those are considered glitches that get hotfixed within 24 hours to a few days in serious games…

Almost 2 months, during which large portions of the time has been spent with players unable to play, unable to get support, getting cash-grabbed and scammed at every corner.
If this were ANY other industry in the world, you’d probably be frustrated, but for some reason when it comes to gaming people are happily willing to accept DEVs taking a steamy dump right on their foreheads.

This game has been out for over a year. The only thing they had to do was translate and test every feature before they released it. What kind of company doesn’t test their transactions before releasing?
You can also tell me to quit if I don’t like it. That’s the plan.

There’s a difference between unjustified nonsense hate, and hate that’s the product of atrocious service on the behalf of IMC. Usually it takes reading all of 2 sentences to tell the difference. ToS is getting plenty of both types.
