People are generally angry or frustrated when they have a reason to be. Cheating people out of their money is probably going to garner more dislikes than likes.

It’s wonderful that nothing bad has happened to you yet, but freely expressing how great you think this company is without listing the things that they have done great just shows your complete lack of consideration for the players who are frustrated.

How about you list some of the things that this company has done to make you feel that it’s so great? I generally don’t bash companies, but if they continue to make mistakes after mistakes and shows their true intentions of greed, ■■■■ them.

I’ve been on game forums with game companies and usually it’s just people making suggestions for game changes but the actual ‘hate’ is contained and not that big of a deal.

Here, people wanted to like the game. The game had things about it that people were really hyped for and were totally ready to enjoy only to have a slew of limitations that don’t make sense and didn’t work that well on top of a plethora of game design decisions that just frustrate and irritate gamers rather than add to a fun and enjoyable experience.

I programmed 2 web browser games and the 2nd one I released had over 2 million plays. What I’ve come to learn from the comments I would receive about my game is that very few people who complain on a game forum are actually ‘trolls’. In reality they are people who think a game has potential and they want to enjoy the game for a long time but there are far too many issues with the game for them to actually enjoy and, rather than just leaving, they speak out in hopes that the company will make better choices so they can actually enjoy the game rather than walk away from it.

Maybe you guys are right but in my experience with most game lately is early release bullcrap. So coming from all those game the devs posting and at least trying to make a difference shows good intent to me. Y’all are right in that i haven’t had anything bad to me yet. But coming from games that took quite some time to develop or just failed early releases this seems like a Gem to me. I havent found a game i could play for more then a day or two for the past 2-3 years until i came across this. Maybe my standards are lower or maybe im just more patcient then the rest of you. Either way you all have a reason to hate But I am happy with the game and wanted to say thankyou. Y’all dont need to bash me for a difference of opinion either.

This doesn’t even make sense Chakri. It should just work. If he’s paid the money, the money has been withdrawn from his bank account and he can’t redeem his purchase, how is it his fault? These are supposed to be automated processes. What is he supposed to do??? Go reprogram it to correct the error and send himself the bundle?

People complaining that their money is not getting them what it said it would is not an issue. So they have to go through hoops and find a solution to those issues themselves without voicing their concerns to the company they paid money for said services?

If concerns over the issue are voiced, it is constituted as “hating” according to you.

If I told my costumers to “Go find a solution to your issue yourself, try again and don’t hate on me” I’d lose my companies. Luckily I am not that naive.

Their news section states numerous players have submitted tickets about the issue. The bug section of the forum has numerous reports about the issue. So how is it from my side?

Also, the bug occurs when you purchase more than one bundle. You only purchased one. Keep up.

I’m only “bashing” you because you told me to “stop hating”. If your money got taken from you and you voiced your frustration and I told you to “stop hating”, how would you feel?

Not really.
Ppl are more showing hate than love, because it is easier for them.
What is more complicated? Tell a girl that you love her or send her into hell? And this is how this forum looks like at all.

I didnt single anyone out i didnt cal on any specific subject. I just said i see alot of hate. andwanted to express my thanks for a cool good game i like so far and y’all jumped on a Screw you band wagon aimed at me.

All i wanted to say was Ty and yall attacked for no reason. Im done defending this thread now. But again I like the game i hope the Devs keep working and thats it.

Fair, you didn’t single anyone out.

However you really cannot deny the fact that a great deal of users are dealing with issues that completely ruin the game fort them. Referring to all of that as just “hate” isn’t going to accomplish much beside push more people away from the game.

If you find it easier to tell someone to go to hell rather than you love them that is a problem that requires psychological help and I suggest you seek it out sooner rather than later.

And damn… you got me… I am wasting precious hours out of my limited existence to sit on this forum and spread hate for a little niche` video game that has no significance in the world. Certainly couldn’t be any OTHER reason than that.
