It is not possible that IMC Games be so stupid and incompetent not be seeing the reports of hundreds players in Silute SA server, and possible that be happened in another servers!

I believe that mistakes here reported not only happen in SA Silute, but in ALL OTHER SERVERS!

  1. Gold sellers who advertise on shout and cities for days messing up the game;
  2. Incessant errors and communication delays on all maps, including massive grindmaps;
  3. Do not respond to any ticket showing total disregard and lack of preparation in simply ignore complaints or when gives some satisfaction, it becomes ridiculous!
  4. Bots appearing and replicate every day without any more effective decision-making!
  5. character caught in maps or not login for hours, as in the case of SA Silute over 20h error unresolved;
  6. Do not make quick decisions, leaving the players complain for hours and then yes, start to do something and gets to be ridiculous, because in a few hours the problem happens again.

Honestly, if you keep the same failure that was ArcheAge in which the game was great, but the team managed was the most complete idiot and incompetent, as you are proving to be, i’ll not continue playing as many other!

ToS is a terrific game but IMC Games show us a inneficient team management!

another sad sight xenophobic and stupid to compare the number of bots with the South Americans … do not usually argue with you like idiots, but learn a little more before writing ■■■■!
if the economy on the server you play changed drastically, it is 10x more time waiting to complete party in DG, you are looking for 10h group and no longer has the items shown in the market, do not blame us!

Apparently they not read what the community says, everyone knew that with the opening of the servers for everyone, many problems that had not yet been fixed were to multiply. Koreans make fun games but do not know how to manage them. A beautiful game being lost by sheer incompetence of the administration.

apparently the problem is only on the server ( SA ) Silute , you do not see complaints from other server … when I was in server klaipeda not had these problems , the problem is that server

Nope fedimian by my experience have always been fine, maybe a few lag spikes, but thats it.(bot issue is still around though, but doesnt seem to be as bad as it seems to be in other servers)

  1. .How long have you waited for your tickets to be answered so far?

They have been busy opening another server, and launching f2p, obviously they got time to reply to thouasnds of tickets saying literally the same thing. Sure its frustrating, but take it easy. Go do something else till it has settled down :slight_smile:
