IMC disabled the Rookie return boxes characters were already using before this patch why?!

ok so its seems they have disabled the previous Rookie return boxes, and now i cant use my rookie return boxes even though it says that I have 9 days left on it. I am so tired of this sh…t IMC what the hell are you doing!!!

My character is lv 212 by the way ! I didn’t play that darn long just for you to go and mess everything up!

Is this another one of your quick cash schemes? are you trying to force players to buy exp tomes?

There does seem to be problem and we apologize for that. We will double check and inform you when the issue is fixed.

please fix it. i open my boost pack and i didnt know it my box becoming a lot o boxes u.u i dont like this rookie event i recently invite some friends to play together and with this event any of them want to play anymore because of this new rookie event :sad:

yes I am, hell we all are talking about the Boost Pack (14 days) !! I am very disappointed in you guys for pulling this okie doke off, like wth man?

I’m not the only one complaining about this issue here in the forumes but you also have players in game asking question about it as well!

i popped my box from the previous event and got a box for this months event
they subbed in the previous version with this really shitty nerfed version

the items probably have the same ID and the patch just replaced what it gives you instead

why did they even nerf these boost packs anyway, biggest disappointment for me as a returning player is not being able to speed level more characters and explore different builds by making different accounts.

i got my January edition box on February 5 literally 1 day before the patch, then popped it on the 6th, and got the February version instead.

will this count for the replacement that comes on the 13th?

If you already used the basic pack, you will receive the correct Boost Pack for the event via your character’s Market retrieve tab during the scheduled maintenance of February 13, 2018. :sad:

After the fix I can finally opened the boost pack from Jan rookie event but after some leveling the boost pack is bug again and can’t be opened. I’m current lvl 250 but can’t open the box stated lvl 110. Please help

Please make sure to send in a support ticket with an image so that we can properly pass on your information to the QA team.
Also try verifying the game files just to be sure since you should be able to open the pack. :sob:

My account’s Level up box still remained unchanged… I got the box 1 night before the new update and it was working fine initially (as per intended) until the new patch changed my box to the newer one… Please revert my boxes back to the original ones again.

I have previously sent a ticket but was told that the error would be rectified after today’s patch but my box remains exactly the same and i didn’t get any replacement box at all. It has already been a week and it is starting to frustrate me…

never got my box in the retrieve market tab
its feb 13, the patch is done…
