IMC disabled the Rookie return boxes characters were already using before this patch why?!

Same problem here. Boost pack is still unable to open and left 5 days. No correct boost pack is send through market too. Submitted ticket with screenshot multiple times since previous maintenance but I seriously doubt it will be fixed? Bought tp to support the game but the service offered by IMC made me felt betrayed.

You know ever since I started this comment section about these boxes I’ve watching how you Staff members respond to multiple reports of the same issue ( the booster pack not working for players that obtain them before the patch).

I would have you know that it’s just remarkable how quick you jump on an issue if its multiple people versus one person reporting an issue with the same EQUAL importance just my observation.

I’m having the same issue as the rest obviously logged in to my account looked at my character then I look in the mail log and there is no new replacement booster pack that was promised to everyone!.

I do want to Note that my issue at this point is that there was no box given with the event lv 50 weapons or shield and we all know it damn hard to level up in this game with weak weapons!..if I cant kill fast , I cant level fast you see the correlation right?..

No offense man, just get buffs from shops in klaipeda and you’ll kill everything in 2 hits until level 200 lol. We did it more than once with no weapons or armor equipped just to rush.

No offence taken, but i do think that you may have assumed that by me stating that I would rather use the event weapons and not the leveled ones, That I’m speak from an inexperienced point of view …lmbo

Let me tell you something fellow Savior It’s principles that I look at everything else is secondary, I’ve been dealing with GM’s and Dev Team Members / Staff Members for over 17 years, I know how to find my way around an MMORPG.

What I don’t appreciate is the appearance of genuinely trying to help vs telling me whatever you have to, to buy yourself time , either until I realize your not going to do anything or I Rage Quit…and I’m just fed up with seeing the same type of customer service in different mmorpg’s.

@STAFF_Amy Firstly, I appreciate the compensation made and i received one compensation boost pack. The problems are that I supposed to have four characters with four January boost pack but the one and only compensation pack I received is the new February boost pack, which is inconsistent with what was announced that we will received the correct boost pack.

I don’t mind whether I am receiving the old Jan pack or new Feb pack anymore but I sincerely and desperately need 3 more packs so that I can re-stat and re-skill my other three characters, which they all have the packs but it’s unable to open and I couldn’t receive those potion that was supposed to come with the packs. Please help me, that’s all I’m asking for to get what was supposed to be included in the pack. And once again I sincerely appreciate all the efforts make.

How did you checked whether the staff read it or not? Have anyone of you receive the Jan boost pack according to what promised in announcement? I have this problem since 8th of FEB and until now it’s not fixed nor compensated correctly. This is frustrating as I reload cash to support the game and I regretted very much on it for such poor service. I’m not demanding them to be perfect but only hoping them to keep their words and compensate us what were promised in announcement. Please do something @STAFF_Amy. And I hoped I’m not being asking to wait patiently again because I’ve waited 8 days for this matter to be solved and I don’t think waited 8 days is not patient.
