It’s the heavy metal theme in the Ashaq Underground Prison. Once I heard it I had to find it. Sadly it’s hard to find specific songs from the ToS OST.

Nope it doesn’t have vocals in it. This isn’t even in Ashaq’s list of songs that play in the area either. XD
Well, my bad then. One of the Bosses in there has/had this song as BGM. You could try to listen the BGM list from Spadows Soundcloud (or even the ToS folder). Anyways, Good luck. lol
Yeah I literally just said screw it and dumped all of the ToS music into iTunes.
And as I was writing this post I just found it! It’s called Inflames by Kevin.
So epic.
