With 79 Critical rate… better avoid epee garde.
I just got to fencer c3, going to do some test later
cheers
So far, here’s the results
Testing area: Rasvoy lake, Maven abbey
mobs tested on: Brown lapasape mage (cloth type), ticen (cloth type), Green minos (leather), red nuo (leather)
balestra fente deals around 8k damage (cloth), 16k damage (leather)
fletche (named flash in game, lol) deals 3k dmg (cloth), 6k damage (leather)
couldn’t find a plate armored mob to test it on
epee garde is really useless for me (since there’s no dex invested + a low critical rate)
as of now, I would like to reset my stats (since I got a stat reset potion)
so I can make a contrast on str and dex
if anyone could help me with it, I’ll drop the results later or tomorrow
You was warned:
Ps.
Well, 100-200 str is enough and rest dex
lol, I didn’t even think about on taking ‘dex’ because a friend of mine said that he can’t really see how dex can scaled, he said that I should take str instead of dex, now here I am, a fencer c3 with no dex invested (when I was a newbie that time)
thanks for the tip
I’ll do some research atm
I’ll try to post the results by tomorrow
and there’s not much difference on physical attack
from 1224 to 933
wth
note: I only invested 100 str this time (changed dex to str, typo)
going to test it out tomorrow
screen shot of my stats will be posted tomorrow too
As you can see, investing in str is a waste.
yeah, but unfortunately
I can’t even crit much, lol (280-290 crit rate)
welp, off to my future plans to increase my crit rate
wow, just 280 crit rate?
how come its so low when you switch to dex build
He didnt go full dex, also dex alone wont yield you a lot of crit rate for a swordsman. Most of the crit rate comes from gems and gear.
yeah, just what I thought
crit rate will be on gems and specific gears
results as of now
Testing area: Rasvoy lake, Maven abbey
mobs tested on: Brown lapasape mage (cloth type), ticen (cloth type), Green minos (leather), red nuo (leather)
balestra fente deals 8k on cloth, 16k on leather (not much difference here)
fletche/flash deals 2.9k on cloth, 5.7-5.8k on leather (small diff)
tried sept etoiles too, my damage went down a little bit, around 150-200 (similar to flash)
I could say that investing in dex is good, since your str increases to the proportion of your level (as long as you’re a swordsman)
if you’re in the same server as lostac and friends
perhaps you can party with them, and do some testing
idk who they are, but I’m on [SEA] Telsiai
bro, you’re using 4 plate of roxona right?
does 4 plate set give you def bonus, or just HP and damage reduction?
I’m not the strongest of Fencers, but let me share my damage test on Manticen boss (200 dg):
My stats are about 200+ str (85 invested), around 50-70+ con (35 invested), and 300+ dex (190 invested). The crits are lovely. I’m planning on resetting my stats and maybe leaving around 50 invested str, 35 invested con and the rest on dex. Since the announcement of Epee stance, it was made clear to Fencers were born to crit.
It’s not that investing in STR is bad. It’s actually really good if you can manage to get 600-800 crit rate from gears alone, by then you will have high base damage that will be heavily multiplied by Epee Stance.
Anyway ever since the update, even with 1k+ dodge (including Guardian), my evasion became crappy. I’m now getting hit a lot on high level maps. Planning on returning to plate armors.
it does give def bonus (lvl 50 plate upgrade)
and additional hp
I see, I just did a damage test yesterday
its really op, even mobs on maven abbey doesn’t last, lol
good luck mate
It is indeed. It’s even possible to reach damage cap (199,999) also from using Balestra.
can anyone confirm how many def added with lvl 50 plate mastery attribute?
coz i want to switch to plate, if evasion is bug
