Since I never saw a STR fencer before, I decided to go with it
(2nd char, now my main because I delete my low leveled wiz)

even if people said on forums and reddit ‘invest in DEX if you’re going to pick a fencer’ or something similar to that (note: I never ask for a build on this one, I just did some research)

I have never invested into DEX (up to this day)

per 4 points, 3:1 str:con ratio

level as of now 259 (w/o party grind from lvl 200)

I just got bored, so I made a topic about it and don’t expect me to respond all the time :crossed_swords:

suggestions are open :wink:

This is actually pretty bad, I only invested 50 pts in str and i have 100 more physical attack then you prebuffed.

Use that stat reset potion once you get Fencer 3 and test out some of the skills. Thats all I’ll suggest. But seriously STR<DEX for Fencer.

How do you mantain high critical rate?

How are you planning to survive World Boss or ET when evasion and hit range are low?

I can survive a WB (I have a pt with cleric and fletcher, I can tank just by spamming flanconnade)

ET, idk

3rd, I have a low crit rate (but I do have a plan to increase it up to 300)

I was planning on researching a high STR Fencer myself, thanks for doing that for me hehe.

The first thing I suggest is to test Balestra Fente for critical chance boost, as this skill is kinda made for you.

Also could you share your equipment information? With Gems and Upgrades applied, if possible.

My prediction is that you will need lots of DEX related equipment (that give 1 and/or 2 of its substats).

Could you show your stat window and equipments also? I’m actually interested in comparing both of you.

76 Critical rate? seriouly? So 10% critical in mobs 330???
I wish you luck because you will lose the better buff on fencer c3 kit Epee Garde. No crit = no damage.
290 + normal(I said normal) mobs has over 170k hp its probably you will give up in 1 week.

in pve i just stand on cleric’s wall then pain barrier for WB, never done PVP tho

and for solo saalus and mission, you can just kite or jump whenever you’re out of pain barrier
since they hit me like 200-300 i have no prob with pot ( if i got hit )

and i maxed sept too, you can have 12 lunge for pain barrier rotation

A cleric slave helps for sure.

Seems good, but moving around, jumping and get knockedback/down when hited isn’t funny. Damage dealt by bosses isn’t the real issue but knockback/down can make you waste too much time and dps.

Main point is in fencer c3 Epee Garde. If you can’t deal critical damage, epee will be useless.
