Ideas for dex builds (future merg?)

So I already have an AA str build I’m pretty happy with (QS3/Wu2/Musket) fun to play, great at world bossing. But I wanted to try an archer that focuses more on 2h bows and skills than xbow and AA, and also in the line of playing something different, wanted to focus more on dex than str.

So just a couple of questions:

(1) What build is most dex friendly as well as you guys think would be a good path for Mergen? I was thinking the classic R3->F3 but I’ve also heard people talk about A3->Sc1->F3 which sounds interesting too.

(2) I realize this will continue to change once the level cap hits 300, but is there a certain amount of evasion and crit at which point you’d be capped based on the highest level mobs currently in the game? I’m just trying to think of what the sweet spot would be with all the right gear (sissel, max peta, green gems) that I should stop putting into dex and dump in str to maximize my damage.

in most builds, (if not all) xbow+manamana/arde will be stronger on ground mobs than 2h bow
as a person who have both quarrel shooter musket and a r3 fletcher 3 myself i can tell you that no matter what build you go, you’d want a xbow+manamana for overall damage on ground mobs,
now i can tell you in confidence that R3 F3 is stronger than A3 sc1 F3, the scout build is pvp (if you like that its a nice build)
where ranger 3 is a world bossing build, where ranger 3 gives you spiral arrow and barrage who deals amazing damage, and steady aim. which is a nice damage increase
personally my fletcher is full str built, but i have some dex fletchers,
now if you want a good build to go full dex on i’d recommend going archer 3 scout 3 > cannoneer

If mergen has no mounted attribute, then get:
A3 > Scout3 > Reiter > Mergen.

The best mergen build seems to be fletcher3, imo.

It depends on if mergers come with a mount ability or not.
