Sorry for having posted back to back but:

They probably won’t anytime soon, just as they haven’t given my characters who didn’t receive their [Torn Diary (Part 2)] yet when it was bugged. Now it’s fixed, they promised before they’d retro-actively provide that (whatever it’s gonna be for anyway) but they haven’t and it seems that it’s simply not at the top of their list.

same here, made 6 tickets and 3 forum posts about it

but theres good news, the hidden quest related to having all the torn diary parts has been removed in a hidden update (its no longer possible to bypass the barrier at seven valley)

problem… solved?

thank god a staff member said 8+ months ago to submit a ticket and they would help us. i feel soo relieved /sarcasm

You can see the skill % modifiers (as I speculated) listed in the tooltips, even if everything else is in Korean.

dex/ attk speed build will only work if ur ping is 80 or less.
100 ping or above jz forget it, ask any qs3 and they will know.

also, fps lag will affect ur attk speed as well , nice potato
