So yeah, how can i possibly ask for a refund, there service is PURE CRAP… I’m paying for something almost unplayable and something that’s giving me stress more than FUN!!! HELL IMC! A word from them would have helped after 2301283120938210 posts but they chose to remain silent!

Steam shop clearly states it as “Not eligible for refund”. They remain silent because past 2 days was not a business days. Just wait for Monday and some sort of compensation later.
Did IMC point a Hanaming at you and told you to spend your money? If only. Those things are cute. You are responsible for your actions. You should know that this game is still in beta stages, so the road was going to be gritty as heck.

You knew full well the risk you were taking when you paid for early access. It was also explicitly stated that a refund is not possible and you chose to pay anyway. I can understand you being disappointed in the game and I do feel for you (even though I have a very different opinion*), but this situation isn’t anyone else’s fault.
Good luck finding something you do want to play… and take this to heart: don’t gamble money you’re not willing to lose. If you’re not sure what you’re going to get (early access/pre-orders) then wait it out in the future.
*I myself expected the bugs. I don’t care about them. I just wanted to get to play it NOW, rather than waiting months or years. Waiting was torture. For me it was worth it.

replies saying “IMC didnt force u too pay etc etc etc” are STUPID. They are expected to do good, and as ive mentioned on my post, a reply on plans what they intend to do wouldnt hurt and they are somewhat obliged to do that after 2 weeks or so BUT they DIDNT… Dont be stupid people, you can reason out with ur customer with “we didnt force you to buy” when they buy something on mall and when its defective, at the very least, we deserved their comments on what they are going to do… 2 weeks is long!!

Can people like you PLEASE finally stop bickering about the obv problems the game has. Everyone knows at this point that IMC wasn’t ready to release the game but still did so, because of unknown reasons or probably Nexon forcing them to. Yet without any insight, knowing about the problems that there are people like you just keep playing up until the point you are so mad about something so stupid, that you go into this forum and loose your ■■■■.

You obviously haven’t been here long,please take a good 10-15 minutes to fill yourself in on past announcements/CBT posts concerning choices they’ve made and their reactions to in-game issues.
Is it nice to be regularly informed? Yes,and they’re getting better with it.But they don’t owe us anything.

I asked for a refund on steam, and they told me I couldn’t.
Then I submitted a suport ticket here and they told me to go to steam for a refund.
Imagination dude! IMAGINATION! go read again if they had discussed REAL solutions or just posting “flowers”. Get REAL DUDE!

The game is still in beta stages, it suppose to be awful at first. Tell me the purpose of the Founder’s Pack? Early access and in-game items (and TP). Did you get it? You got what you paid for. Done. Did I mentioned this game is still in BETA, right? Ok.
