No jesus christ, I’ve been reseting every single day since the first day of event, cataphract c3 was dead, I’ve tried A LOT OF BUILDS and lost the last 3 days of event 'cause of this hell’a bug. I don’t know if it was because I was reseting too much, because I was testing a lot of new costumes I’ve purchased, but the costume is STILL STUCK ON MY CHARACTER RIGHT NOW LOOOL. It’s so hard to understand? Stop being so annoying, why in hell would I discard 2 resets to get another one? Get your ■■■■ together!

I really don’t appreciate how you’re putting words in my mouth. Not once have I said a thing about you faking this, or trying to squeeze out extra resets. That’s all been you.
I asked because it wasn’t clear in your report whether you had been resetting just fine up until a certain point, or if you hadn’t been participating, and then suddenly couldn’t when you had tried. It’s information that is helpful in determining the source and timing of bugs (if it was just stuck to you, if it had to do with the day, etc.) Getting as much information as possible, even little details, is important.
All I wanted was to have you provide some extra clarification, but you went and acted like a complete ass about it.

Do you think that typing in caps, insulting others, and all that was going to help your case in any way? It’s not going to motivate IMC to take action, and it’s not going to make people sympathetic to your issue. It’s just going to provoke responses like @CasualGamer made. So I’d suggest that in the future when you report bugs, don’t behave like like this. You’re not the only one who’s had bad bugs in this game.

The reset event had been going on for nearly 3 weeks. Did this issue not exist until the last day of it?

Bugs can arise out of all sorts of strange circumstances. Knowing and sharing the exact timing and circumstances of when the bug hit and all that helps the debug process.

Please, if I was trying to trigger OP, I’d have posted something more like CasualGamer did. I saw that OP said they found the bug on the 28th. I just wasn’t clear if they had been resetting that specific character freely before then, or if they had just started resetting that specific character at that point. These two different conditions mean that the bug could have started at two different times, so I’d wanted to clarify when it did.

Seriously, didn’t try to wear another costume and then remove it? It could have worked.
Anyway, IMC should fix it asap with a good compensation, it’s clear in the video that you could’t remove the costume. But, IMC probably won’t do nothing, because they’re just a bunch of thieves, in the literal meaning of the word, who don’t care cuack about their players.
Send tickets till the end of days, open a new thread every single day, open threads in steam, pm every gm, etc etc, spam everywhere, sometimes it works.
