I couldn’t take my COSTUME off to use the rank reset in the two last days of event. I ended with a terrible build, sent a ticket to IMC about it, IN THE FIRST DAY OF THE BUG, I RECORDED A A VIDEO. THEN, THE SECOND DAY TOO, AND NOW THE EVENT IS OVER. I SENT A PICTURE OF THE RESETS I LOST BECAUSE OF THE COSTUME BUG, AND THEY SAID THEY CAN’T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. People, if you’re reading this, don’t expect IMC to help you with nothing. They won’t.

For two days I’ve stayed with this bug, the costume is stuck in my character, and I can’t get it off.
I reported on 29/5 and 30/5, and now 31/5 BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY CAN’T DO NOTHING SINCE THE EVENT IS OVER. BUT IT WASN’T OVER WHEN I REPORTED!!! I lost two days of the event because of YOU imc. The costume is still bugged, still can’t get off, I saw the resolution on the forum AND IT DIDN’T HELPED ME.
As you can see in the video and in the pictures, the bad kids costume been stuck for two days, and I lost 2 reset ranks 'cause of this bug. When it happened, I’ve sent a ticket to imc talking about it, that I was desperated 'cause I’ve decided my build already, and couldn’t get it. I’ve tried to use the resets a several times, but couldn’t with this costume. Guess what? They apologized to me saying this:

I’ve reported to you RIGHT WHEN THE BUG COMES OUT, ONE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT IS OVER, WITH TWO RESETS IN MY ACCOUNT. NOW THEY EXPIRED, THE BUG IS STILL THERE, AND I CAN’T GET MY BUILD RIGHT, YOU CAN’T GIVE ME A RANK RESET TO DO WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO, CAN’T TAKE MY COSTUME OFF, SERIOUSLY…
You ruined my 330 character and I hope people realizes that the game is good, but the staff IS SO LAME, they don’t care about us, just about the money. I’ve spent MORE THAN A YEAR defending the game, for being so cool, but now I can’t stand for you anymore. Thanks for ruining all the experience. I hope people realizes it soon.

Pra quem é BR e não entendeu o que eu disse, minha roupinha não sai, meu costume tá travado no personagem e eu perdi meus 2 últimos rank resets do evento por causa disso. Já tentei de tudo, a desgraça não sai, e fazem 3 dias que estou reportando pra IMC sobre isso, pedi um rank reset pra arrumar a minha build QUANDO o costume sair (o que não parece que será tão cedo) eles disseram que “não podem fazer nada pq o evento acabou”. Mas estou reportando desde o penúltimo dia de evento. Eu gravei vídeos. Eu tirei fotos. Nada até agora. Não vão fazer nada. Mais uma vez a IMC cagou pra gente amiguinhos, aprendam a não contar com eles… Não criem expectativas. Será que vão resolver? Eu já perdi as esperanças.
