I HATE THE JUMPING! *Update*

IMC could make jumping animation longer then average attack animation, but animation cancel remains in form of moving after attack, not jumping. Do you think it would work?

Adding lots of content to the start of the game is one of the most underestimated features an mmorpg can produce, for instance, a game with an amazing start game will motivate players to create new classes without getting bored and allowing them to enjoy starting fresh over and over again just like RO had achieved.

maybe, only needs cooldown secs for the jump

1.No voice deactivation (seriously the voices are so anoying)
2.People who always compare this game with Ragnarok Online.
3.Too many Xdresser.

inb4 someone feels offended and flames like s**t

exactly, some people are just thinking they know the game and how the gameplay works just by reading the guides and watching videos, =,=

Plz don’t be true… imagine the amount of people selling characters already ;w; </3

Sorry for you mate but this thread was about things that people want IMC to change not things you want to change in your life…

Waiting for the beta to see what the game is like myself - I’d love to have something like WoE and guild castles with extra dungeons at some point, when enough players are high level enough to enjoy it!

As to the people bashing this thread: Developers need all kinds of feedback, from what you love, what annoys you a little bit, to what you absolutely loathe. How else are they going to improve the game and use the feedback?

The closed Beta is exactly for this kind of content. By all means, post threads about what you love, but don’t just ignore the stuff you don’t like and HOPE that they already know about it and are changing it.

Maybe your post would have been the one leading the devs to changing the feature you disliked, if only you had actually made it.

Quoting this for truth: I absolutely loved the early content in RO - nothing more motivating than finding your first expensive card, reaching the lowest level of an early dungeon for the first time, or just tagging a long with a high level party into the lower levels you cannot handle yet and dying after seeing your first dungeon boss. (Got wasted by a golden thiefbug, shit was so cash. :D)

so? my post is ā€˜on topic’ the option to turn the voices off is a standard in every good MMO.
The 2nd point is a fact and the ā€œtoo many Xdresserā€ comment was just trolling.
If you take my post that serious and feel offended about it, I’m sorry.

Oh I didn’t realise you were trolling… XD Well yea the voices are rather… wrong… Like they should have gotten some English voice actors to do the skill names honestly
Either ways they will probably add that option if it’s not already there anyway

-The bosses turn far too slowly and have too much downtime between attacks. Even high level bosses can have circles ran around them by ranged.
-Not enough aggressive or fast enemies. This is bothersome as mobbing is a primary means of leveling.
-Enemies take too long to retaliate when being attacked.

The one thing I missed in ragnarok was being able to jump. I’m a jumpaholic. I jump 24/7. Have to spam that spacebar. So the fact not only is there jumping but that it has a gameplay advantage? Best thing ever. I’ll have this jumping in the bag. Been jumping up and down since 1996 (crash bandicoot anyone?). I’m ready to jump jump jump around.

No useable loli character. Why can’t I be a cute little girl?

Just from watching all the new videos posted on gameplay - I completely dislike the instant re-spawn with money once you die. It lowers all the stakes with harder bosses and basically removes the use for priest class (resurrection). Mmo devs should know by now that most western gamers that are serious prefer exciting and challenging content. Please don’t hold our hands. We don’t like it.

After playing the game, honestly only wizards use it, and they need it. It just works out so much better for them.

@AreiCat

It’s really fine, for 2 reasons:

  1. It’s most likely a CBT thing.
  2. Even if its not, you run out durability after like 2 deaths later, then its impossible to kill the boss.
  3. Cash shop currency is given to you via achievements/adventure journal.

I really hope it is a CBT thing as you say. I’d rather not fight as if I have 3 full health bars hahah at least it’s not pay to win (hopefully never!).

Some games like TERA have a similar feature, but the item needed to ressurrect at the same place is not for sale on the cash shop. It’s possible to get some from quests but they’re very few in total, like 10 per character and you can, also, get some from events too if i’m not mistaken. I think it is a good feature if they restrain it like EnMasse did.

i dont really hate anything but the jumping thing in pvp i think they should change that also the bosses do look a little easy but wit a game like this u cant really put more boss mechanics because its not like u have any dodge skills in ToS and ur character doesn’t really move fast so they have to adjust the boss to the characters, i dont see a prob with some bosses spawning stuff randomly that makes it more challenging. In my frist mmo i played which was similar to this, bosses wasn’t really hard but they HIT really hard so its either u get really tanky or u die. What they can do is change how it shows u where the bosses skills will be or add certain skills that u have to stop the boss from doing or eles its wipe or the boss summons things that buff im and u have to destroy it before u atking the boss or u have to let the boss run into a item on the ground for it to deal dmg to him things like this.

okay my bad, there wasn’t this funtion, seems to be just a suggestion by players :x
