The ratings went up by 1% since yesterday. yay
That rating is the most accurate reflection of this **** show. Never ever rated a game in my life. But this one deserves every negative ounce I had for it. If itāll save people from trying out this debacle, good. Games need to stop being praised for āpotentialā and only when they begin to actually deliver. We all know this has good potential, but with how every single thing is micromanaged by developers down to how you even pass stuff between your own characters, itās a joke of an MMO.
This is just an instanced questing story line where sometimes you co-op. Other times people just serve to KS or offer competition for the limited spawns. Thereās way too many shitty silly scenarios that happen currently just because of trade restrictions. Then you throw in how this game is headed to P2Trade. Theyāre literally making a new p2[win] genre lol.
Completely disagree. Iāve been having a lot of fun paying. Most people that rate it bad just donāt like the trade system. So, one aspect now the game is bad? nah.
Many complain about lag, but that will be fixed.
Some of them also complained about the gold selling spam, but they have already taken steps on that one.
As for the kill stealing that rarely happens to me.
Really, youāre bashing THAT model? Considering most things in PSO2 are easily obtainable(Sans 13* which canāt be SOLD OR TRADED mind you.) PSO2ās drop rates DISCLUDING 13*s isnāt 0.0001% bullcrap like every typical MMO.
Premium members can trade without limit that is true but they can only trade items that are tradable so mostly it ends up in helping their friends who also have premium. Free players can play the FUN scratch to get shop passes, which drop fairly often and itās stupidly easy to get a huge amount of FUN without hindering your progress in the late game. There also isnāt a huge tax on the visiphone and some of the richest players in PSO2 arenāt even premium users.
Although I disagree with what they did with āNobleā abilities but thatās not what this is about.
Now SEAās version of PSO2 on the other handā¦ is ruining a good business model and turning it downright cringe-worthy.
Source: Level 75 with most classes in PSO2, has used premium and played the game without it. Only REAL advantage to premium is extra storage & premium block space.
I feel you bro. Iām playing with a bunch of friends and we are using different base classes. Itās a pain to see the items dropping for the wrong class and see that we could very well be trading between us so everyone would have the right gear but you just canāt.
Tha marketplace restriction is also so bad that we kind of gave up on it. None of us have have a token, so waiting 48h to get your silver and only be able to put 1 item up when you get more than 10 to sell has made us give up on selling stuff via marketplace.
I sincerely canāt see how a crafting class like an alchemist can benefit of this kind of sistem.
Seriously, always playing these mmorpgs I have always played in a way where I love to help others and this game prevents me from doing so. The only way I would be able to do this would be if everyone one had a token but that is unrealistic, not everyone will have themā¦ I seriously hope at some point this will be changed and we can trade, the one thing I feel above all else that needs to be changed for this game to really shineā¦
This would cause confusion. This would not work.
Guess you really want to buy that silver, huh?
Hm? Iām not bashing it at all. If I came off as it, must have been my bad conveyance. However it works for PSO2 because it was never a core feature to begin with, so it was integrated and works fine.
Difference here is the exact vice versa is here. What is actually a semi-core feature being removed makes the game have a noticeably large hole. (I feel bad for the crafting classes, they feel indirectly nerfed since making money with them is even more strained now.)
It did come off that way actuallyā¦ Sorry for getting aggressive but I personally feel (ASIDE FROM NOBLE) SEGA did an amazing job on PSO2ās model.
I definitely agree in that front though, the crafting classes are severely gimped because of thisā¦ and thereās really nothing they can do.
Being able to give someone items doesnāt make a game sociable. Sociable means that you interact/talk/group/grind with peopleā¦
You can help them in other ways and let them enjoy the game instead of just twinking them out. Not sure your argument that āGame is broken cause I cant twink friends.ā is going to hold much ground.
At least thats my opinion. My friends like playing with me, but most of them like you knowā¦ actually playing the game themselves. Its boring for my friends to be handed the best gear in the game and then they stop playing in a few weeks after that because they didnāt have anything to look forward to.
