I can't create a new character

After a long time I have downloaded Tree of Savior again. All normal when I enter the game, but at the time of creating a character, it does not let me do it since I can not write within the game, before I had a low level character that I had used when ToSavior came out, but yesterday I deleted it and when I wanted to create another, I don’t let myself write, please help me.

Can't type character name when creating new characters [FIX]

This is a fix to those who can’t create a character because they can’t type in a name/can’t click the text box when create a character. ~For Windows 10 Pro ONLY~ This has been posted on tos reddit but the guy who discovered it can’t post on the forums yet so I’ll post it here on his behalf. So what you have to do if you’re using Windows 10 Pro and can’t type in a name or create your character is to manually update your Windows 10 Pro from version 1709 to 1803 or the latest version.
