My lv247 Schwarzer Reiter was banned in telsiai today!!!I swear to god!I’m not a bot or a god seller!I spent many times and money on this game.I played almost 500 hours in the game,and ussally farm in prison 2 just for gem and help my friend,but not a bot!!And my many friends are playing this game too,I just want to have fun with them .I really love this game!Please help me!Check my data again plz!
Did you do any other bad stuff? Examples:
-making chat comments that could be interpreted as sexist/racist or in any other bad way
-Using the /destroyguild command to disband other peoples guilds
-(accidentally) overleveling attributes by exploiting the UI bug
-buying silver from silver sellers (you only said you’re not a silver seller, however you didn’t say that you were not a silver buyer)
-holding down the attack button in any way while going afk, resulting in autoleveling/auto silver-collecting while you are not playing the game
or any other bad/rude behaviour?
And yea, as Nirimetus suggested, i’d also suggest opening a ticket on the support site.
Account support usually isn’t done via forums.
Unfortunately Demon Prison is a really common place for bots and people are report happy, if you really weren’t botting they may have made a mistake if they checked into your character. Generally if I go to maps to farm that are way below my character’s level I’ll stick a !! message stating what I’m doing, jump around as I walk, and respond to any “are you a bot” messages I receive.
I’m not sure what it is they use to determine whether or not someone is a bot however. I hope it’s more than just player’s reports, and I haven’t personally known anyone banned over it yet.
Whenever people try to interact with u while u grinding alone, u MUST REPLY them back or they will think u a bot and start clicking that sexy report button.

That’s debatable. People have been banned for it in the past and there are many posts and polls about it, like this one:
Essentially there is a big problem with it: What’s the difference between “Z-botting” (aka afk-autoattacking by keeping your autoattack button held down, even when not sitting at the pc) and just letting a looping macro program or even a bot program autoattack while doing nothing else? People who see you ingame can’t differentiate between these cases. They see you doing actions ingame (autoattacking) and ask “are you a bot?” and since you continue doing your actions while not responding in nay way they’re allowed to consider seeing you as a bot and report you as one.
Another big problem that arises from that problem : If holding-down-autoattack-button-with-heavy-object is legal, is autoattacking via macro-loop legal? It’s doing the same thing. And then, if macro-looping is legal, is using macros that autoattack are legal, are bots who do nothing else than autoattacking legal? It’s doing nothing else than those people who just put a heavy object on their attack button, so should it be legal? If yes, suddenly botting is legal.
Also: if holding down the attack button with a heavy object is ok, is holding down two buttons with heavy objects illegal? What if i build a physical physics-based contraption that puts down heavy objects on keyboard buttons in a sequence (and then lifts them up again)? It’s not a bot program, but i doubt it would be legal, since it would input things on the keyboard without me personally doing it, just like holding autoattack button down with a heavy object.
IMC has never stated that afk-autoattacking, aka “Z-botting” is allowed, they only said that it “should be handled differently than regular bots” and that the current “report bot” feature should not be used to report these people.
However, unless the topic starter has been banned for afk-autoattacking, that discussion should be done in a different topic.

I don’t think “putting down a heavy object on autoattack button and let it sit there while going afk” counts as actively playing the game nor using a game mechanic, you’re essentially using a third-party-tool (a rock for example) to automate your game (which then, by definition, could be considered botting).
