How to put EN language in the game

I just start play at ToS, I have a question how can I put English translation from GitHub to the game?
I didnt find any tutorial how to exactly put English langueage from those files into the game?
Someone can help me with that pls!

It’s not off-topic.This forum is and should be for the international version of the game.If you’re having trouble with the Korean version of the game,try the ToS subreddit.Pretty sure there are guides there.

The delay feels like it's more than it should be. Other Korean games I have at most 160, same as NA really (playing from Europe) kOBT is giving me 300~500ms. Not UN-playable, but the double z attacks and slower skill chaining is a bit annoying. Hope it's just the servers for now. 38 completely full channels on Kleip + 30 on Orsha would make any server take a hit.
