How to get blue hair ? (TOS KR)

I completed the achievement (25 party quest) but I do not see blue hair in option. Is this color not yet implemented or is there some procedure in claiming?

U need to complete 25 Missions (which are similar to dungeon runs) in the Mercenary Outpost, in Fedimian (west area of the town). During the iCBT2, the achievement for the blue hair was bugged and noone could get it, and sadly I cant tell if tis fixed or not in kToS.

In my menu it shows like this, does this mean even TOS KR official* server is still bugged?

yes, it’s still bugged.
even at grand OBT, ToS still have tons of bugs, you should know that

I see, this is so disappointing, after 5 days of questing I got bug as reward…

That’s why ner rage to realese of ktosters is obviously lawfull xD.

Hope it wont hit us with an realese anytime soon.

Did you completed exactly 25 quests?
Maybe in the code the devs placed the condition as > instead of >= for the objective.
Try completting another mission and seeying if unlocked.

it cant be bugged i see tons of people with blue hair so why cant i get get the achievement to activate i do quests that are shared with party aka party quest but it refuses to move from 0

Go to the Mercenary Post in Fedimian, in the back there is a guy called Liam.
He hands out Party Quests, there is a large pool of different ones and which one you get is random. Most of them lead to some low level area to kill a boss or survive waves of enemies (scaled to your level).

You need to have a party and be the leader to get those quests.

but theres another thing. so ive completed 5/5 yesterday now a day later (dungeon reset time) i cant pick up other ones and it says ive already done 5/5.
the question is: when will it reset?
