How often does IMC read/replies to our feedbacks?

Thats a question that aims more for the community. I’ve been here since this CBT only, and I joined the forums this week. Im getting a pretty good experience with the community here, altought I see a lot of “more of the same” on the forum. But I havent seen a community manager here yet, actually replying to people, or letting us know that the staff knows.

(Besides old responses that I don’t see right now and patch notes)

Thats worries me a little cause I’m concerned that only problems that people shout endlessly are getting attention, reinforcing that kind of panic-fix-it-now behavior, like when we had the repair prices up.

Can someone that is more frequently or older on the community explain to me how things work? Thanks.

Example: Spawn camping is something that is critical on the current game design and I’ve seen lots of people talking about it and how it harms the game. Altought, I havent seen anything on the community about that, altought I saw something about a Linker’s skill on the known issues. So how are the getting to know this and how are their priorities? Maybe, do they listen more to the Korean community on their own foruns?

From what I’ve seen they were a lot more active in the previous beta, but I imagine communicating was a lot easier because there weren’t as many people (or problems). This seems to be a common trend to a lot of betas either way, the developer/publisher often seems more active in smaller closed beta communities.

The staff do read the forums quite a lot, they just do not respond too often. If you look at the user stats you will see that STAFF_Shawn has entered about 1k topics this month, STAFF_J entered about 700, with 5.8k topics being created this month. Considering most of the topics on these forums are useless or duplicates of the same thing, entering 1/6th is probably all you need. You also can not expect them to read the forums all day, I expect they have better things to be doing.

Even if they are not responding, you can be certain that they are aware of all of the problems people are having and all of the feedback they are giving during this beta.

Never said otherwise. IMC seems to be doing a great job and I have not much to complain about.

Can you list all the staff profiles? I just knew J. And, is it possible for a player to directly communicate with one of them? Like at some more private channel like email or whatever. Nothing everything is suited for public forum.

I saw them reply to bug or feed back thread but not every thread though.

On KR tester forum often saw IMC reply to the thread. Bug list and update at there are faster than us and sometime IMC also online in game for a while. Not same staff at here btw.
