I have already resent a ticket since i recently filed a ticket for my chars not getting reset and didn’t get compensation.

Characters that didn’t reset = Magi, Hex, Ecyhr, Kite

An hour ago I got disconnected while doing DG 290 using 2 Instanced Dungeon Multiply Tokens and lost the three rounds, but frankly, I just don’t care anymore, everyday is getting harder to login and mantain interest in this game, not only because of bugs. Nothing, just an observation.
So they fixed dungeon reset?
But the rng DC is still around?

IMC gives reset vouchers and multiply tokens that players may or may not be able to use.

I guess none of the problems matter as long as there are some players willing to throw money at a still broken game?

It never left us, to be honest. I don’t bother to report it when I lose runs, as I think that if it’s still there after a year of reports of the very same issue, it will never be solved.

To what? There’s nothing constructive that any reasonable person would see much need to bother with.
Problem is fixed and correct compensations were/are being sent. The behaviour was, as usual, unjustified. If you don’t do what the staff asks you to do when they’re trying to solve an issue, don’t be surprised when you don’t get the same compensation as others.
Now the goalposts are being moved to avoid praising them for fixing it. Disconnects have always happened. Will always happen. I get disconnected from AAA titles multiple times daily for a variety of reasons. It can always be better, but it’s a separate thing unrelated to this. Heck, Smite temporarily bans you for disconnects that aren’t your fault and are properly instability of the server from time to time.

You know that IMC actually is giving compensation for lost runs for people who sent ticket and didn’t the runs reset, right? Like, Blessed and Saalus cubes per character I think.
I started playing at launch, but, regardless of that, it doesn’t make anything anyone on the forum have any more or less value than what anyone else has to say.
The value in your comments does not come from the time spent here. It comes from the quality and constructiveness of what you have to say.
As for your insults and personal attacks, I really can’t approve of you using autism as an insult to attack anyone. Autism is an uncontrollable genetic problem that affects a huge number of people, I know several with it that are absolutely lovely, nice, hard working and wonderful people. I don’t really think you should be using it as an insult. Those I have met have always been far nicer than you have been throughout this thread. They’re a minority group that don’t deserve your hatespeech and behaviour towards them, no different to any other minority group.
I doubt you’ll be on the forum for very much longer if you use minority groups as insults like that. If you’d said a racial minority group instead of a disabled minority group then you know you’d be gone in a flash.
Picking on the disabled and using them that way? That’s not ok. You’re not winning any friends or supporters with that behaviour.
You about to get paragraphed off the forums for disagreeing and saying you still have a problem. They said the topic is over so that must mean CLEARLY there’s no more problems! Hooray~

thank god a randomly selected group of people were given a small compensation, meanwhile ive still yet to be helped with tickets submitted

It should have been a blanket compensation package of daily resets based on the number of characters OR in kind via tokens. THEY screwed something up, not us.

i had such high hopes for this game during closed beta in october of 2015, never even played RO before. never have i seen a company ruin their game more than this
all they did was keep my ticket open and said “please reply with your character names and days of having the bug” then never replied back
this being the 4th different time this has happened (to all you new players out there, this happens all the time, i have a ticket thats a year old now and i had a direct response from staff_john saying it would be fixed but instead they did a hidden update and removed the entire part of that game entirely without notice)
