Hi there.
I’ve just turned into Mergen and I’m wondering how is Spread Shot in general, from dungeon 145 to grinding in general, since most Mergens seems to hate Spread Shot. I’m A3>Wu2>Falc>Rogue>Mergen, so I don’t have Split Arrow or anything much better… 
Is it worth 1 point, or none? I don’t really know anything about this skill yet…

If you need another filler skill then yes, if not then keep it or max other skills. I just reset my Scout3falcmergen skills and placed none on spread shot since I can spam Split arrows.
Not sure if it scales well with attribute though, some mergens here usually place 1points on Spreadshot for fun and it’s still a R8 skill. Prepare to use it and miss XD, it’s awful imo.

Btw, I have 2 utility classes and the DPS ones have long cooldowns (and Multishot sometimes freezes in the animation, so it’s really unreliable too…) so I thought about really putting some points on it, as putting ~30% attribute isn’t really expensive 
I guess I might spend 1 point in it, Homing Arrow will still be useful at lv. 4 IMO.

Spread shot is not worth it.
Spit arrow itself is more than enough if your weapon is at least transcend level 2 (really easy to get if I must add).
Most people here has transcend level 3~5 already, so it’s way overkill with split arrow even at level 1. (30K damage against flying type)
The only Mergen skills worth using in dgn 145 is Arrow rain against boss and Triple shot with aoe attack ratio gear. (Don’t waste time using Circling, it’s faster to just split arrow all the way if you need to waste time on using Circling)
Actually, I have no scout in my build 
However, seems Spread Shot is generally regarded as utter garbage lol

No worries dude, the imo feeling is almost same as taking a ranger (in an Archer2-ranger1 build) for barrage as a filler skill rather than going full archer 3(not to mention steady aim). At least you can throw something than doing AAs while waiting for cooldown. Goodluck on your mergen.
yea go ahead i took my superior wreech bow to stage 2, been rerolling this box for almost 2 months.

I got the 315 mat on my 2nd day after I hit level 327 (using level card)
Got it 100% legit if I may add, no trick or exploit or whatever.
Because I got it so quickly, I still have to upgrade it slowly because I lack the material and money to make it stronger. lolz…

Btw, Light Gorithos seems the best bow pre-315 weapon actually… I have one, it is not really expensive to upgrade in comparison with maga/khasti, lower price, easier awakening and still 3 sockets. I’m wondering if I’ll transcend it for now or keep the shards
Although Khasti is better if the focus is critical or Maga Bow overall (I chose Light Gorithos’ atk due to Wugushi build)
