I have it on my BM3, sometimes I get damage buff, sometimes I don’t. I can shoot something 15k a hit, but suddenly become 60k a hit.
I don’t understand this skill, at all. Is it bugged? Why is my AA damage so inconsistent?
what happens is that the outrage damage is compressed in a single hit at the time of showing you the damage done in another objective
so sometimes it’s compressed and sometimes it isn’t?
