HI ,this might be a pretty dumb question but is it worth leveling high anchoring skill for AoE or critical Shots .I have extra sp to spent but i don’t know if high anchoring could be useful in higher leveling area .The only thing that it has overheat charges of 2 and critical shots has none ,so please give me some of your opinion maybe? Thank you 
i currently have one at level 1 and i thought i can replace oblique shot with it for fillers when skills are on cd. and it’s pretty underwhelming. tho i’m not sure if it’s better at higher levels since description says aoe ratio increases with level. A1>R3 here btw
I have this skill at lv.5. The best situation for me is using it for last shot boss fight. I will charge the skill when boss is nearly dead. When boss dead and screen zooming in then i will release the blue shining arrow passing throught boss for claim a victory upon them.

in my exp. for this skill i would say NO it ain’t worth. for a -cri.res it’s only 5 sec not include ur time to charge it and for a mini stun foe is like 0.2-0.5 sec. It’s suck if u PvE solo or even party in any kind of fight. not sure if u have max this skill will increase debuff period or decrease charging time like full draw or not. but for dps role if u max this skill u will lose some damage skill that might be worse than better.
