High Level Bots - Is the Ban Hammer actually implemented?

with the implementation of the ingame Report Bot feature, i assumed obvious bots like these would get banned immediately, but why do high level bots still exist? i’m pretty sure they have been reported multiple times and tracking them through the database would be very easy(high level and very low adventurer index is an obvious sign of botting)

Is the Ban Hammer actually implemented?
