Hidden Muay Thai Classes? FOR REAL? [video inside]

well, look!

Almost all classes got awesome melee fighter… THIS IS UNFAIR for wizard!

Swordsman : Muay Thai and Shinobi… look awesome… more awesome with muay thai!
CLeric : Monk and druid for changing into werewolf with awesomenes…
Archer : Hackapel… archer with sword? even more awesome!!

Wizard got what? Featherfoot? this class just use bone with basically SAME ANIMATION -_-
Kundela slash? ngudadundi? bloodbath? they dont look awesome… just be honest here!

i am not talking about DPS or damage here… its just pure awesomeness…

WIZARD NEED SOME FLASHY MELEE HIDDEN CLASS TOO!!!

maybe REAPER?

  • skill that turn rod or staff into dark magical schyte look weapon with damage multiplier [like muay thai change into melee or bullet marker dual stance?]
  • schyte is 2 handed weapon, basic attack do some range slash projectile (instead of normal) and secondary key will use schyte as MELEE but deal magic damage instead
  • can only use Reaper skill, using other skill will turn schyte into staff or rod
  • bonus attribute like double jump and can dash like swordie but consume SP instead

… but until then…

LETS GET MUAY THAI!!! WOHOOOO TONY JA 5555
hope the patch is faster

I just want a Runic Blade/Spellblade for Wizards. Why can you equip swords if there isn’t any wizard class that can do something special with it?

Actually, Wizards do have a hidden melee class.
Though it’s “Stance” skill is called Rune of Giants.

I mean it.
(RC Master is crying.)

this smell awesome…

IMC need to break the “taboo” again though…

or we can get both! Reaper and Spellblade will become Rank 8 or Hidden Class!

A lot of wizard classes are “taboo” though so I have no idea why they need to mention that for bullet marker.

I’d like to be introduced to historical elementalists, chronomancers and enchanters, would love to learn from their legacy lol. But yeah I’ve mentioned before that power behind martial arts can come from spiritual energy or ki or whatever, was hoping the muay thai class had a chance to be wizard cause of this.

Bring us Moonlord from Dragon Nest!

Actually, lower ranks aside, there’s lore and myths regarding pretty much all wizards classes, even though some are quite generic and just represent some big group of beliefs (like sages and shadowmancers). That’s to be expected though, I mean, magic isn’t exactly a thing in history (or is it? lol), so they have to resort to what people have believed throughout history and across different cultures.

Swordsmen, clerics and archers have all very closely reflected a particular trend. I guess that’s why bullet marker is indeed the first generic class they’ve used for any of these classes. Not that there haven’t been any gunslingers in hystory who wielded dual guns, it just doesn’t reflect a aprticular group of those like other classes I suppose, so it’s considered a “taboo”.

I’d love that concept. Something like dual wielding rod +sword in offhand, then using a stance skill to only use the sword for basic attacks and skills, but these are all magic damage - so no missing or getting blocked normally - and scale according to the rod (kept in your back) and magic attack stat.

The stance could make the sword visual look like its imbued with some sort of magical aura, maybe even have different visuals for different elements.

Yeah, that’d make wizards that much more interesting to play. Even though rune of giants make you able to melee hit targets, the skills you are able to use while in giant form are still those of a long range caster nonetheless.

Melee wizard.

what about them?

and i dont rlly think wizard would do good with a pure melee class, a spellknight might do good if it had a magical sword that shot out beams and stuff from range.

but a melee class wouldnt fit into the wizard tree, your build would be full of ranged classes then theres just one melee class where you have to run up to the enemy to use the skills, it would be akward. there wouldnt rlly be any builds for the class tbh

Featherfoot is melee wizard

some wizard skill is actually melee range based like fireball, electrocute, shadow conjuration, physic pressure etc… its not weird at all… its a matter of preference
