Help with this Fletcher build please :)

Hello all

i will be using this build when ToS is live

it seems like the best one at the moment for Fletcher, but rank 7 fletcher is missing due to him/her not reaching the rank 7 level in korea version, does any experienced person know when i hit rank 7 where to put the remaining skill points so i can finish the build off etc ?

I’d go with lvl5 swift step, lvl4 full draw and lvl1 obl shot. For ranger, lvl5 high anchoring over critical shot. More suited for late game.
