Help with a wugushi build

Hi everyone, I’m really interested in the Wugushi class. I already read some posts about the class, but in almost every build they recommend cannoneer class for C7, I like the musketeer class, so I was hoping if you can suggest me a Wugushi build with musketeer (or not, but please not a cannoneer).

Pd: preferable a build with a possible future for pvp (for a far future (?) I know that actually wugushi is probably the worst class for pvp)

Pd2: I also like the falconner class.

Pd3: I don’t like a sapper with wugushi (I already have a sapper with other build so I don’t want to have another one)

Thanks for the replies.

Why is wugushi the worst class for pvp?

Anyway, im making an A2 -> Hunter -> Wugu3 -> ?(cannon if theres no more interesting rank 8 class). Dunno if its the best but boy is hunter awesome in pvp. Use coursing and watch them die XD

You would be best served either with Hunter C2 or Archer C3 to utilize twin arrow and max your kneeling shot for better poison ticks or swift step for evasion

Do you mind swapping? or do you want to keep musket on 24/7?

Do you want to a basic attack or a caster build?

From what i have read, “actually” there are three reasons:

-Cure from the clerics
-Bloodletting from the plague doctors
-And the the antidote, probably the main reason that the wugushi isn’t feasible.

I don’t mind on swapping and I prefer a caster build. it seems that the “AA” build is kind of boring, at least for me.

I see, that does make sense. But coursing negates Cure and Bloodletting (last patch made it so coursing goes through bloodletting \o/) and i think even antidote but i need to confirm this. And does antidote takes all poisons away?

I think the hunter makes wugushi quite viable in pvp XD

Critical build (DEX > STR) or not?

The problem is that no matter if the antidote remove one or all poisons, the problem is that the Antidote has 0 cooldown :frowning:

Well i don’t really mind if I can’t crit, but if I can see some crit numbers its really grateful.

By the way, it’s viable a build based on DEX being a Wugushi?, as far as I know wugushi is better with more STR.

Hmm got it, but i have to confirm if coursing disables itens as well ( i think it does) because if it does, then nothing can stop a hunter wugushi AHUHUAHUA (ITS A JOKE, DONT POST 50 LINKS PROVING IM WRONG)

You might as well do amongst the following to get to musketeer

Q2 W2 H1
R1 H1/2 W3/2

For higher circles of Archer

A2 H1/2 W3/2
A2 H1 W2 F1
A3 W3

I personally don’t find musketeer to be a good fit with wugushi because you are losing out on a lot of poison damage by swapping out to a rifle. Especially if you go W3

This is my suggestion.

You can exchange Hunter on R3 for Archer C3 and/or Hunter on R6 for Falconer/Wugushi C3, whatever floats your boat.

Why the wugushi class lose poison damage when swapping weapons?

Thanks I really like the build, I’ll probably go falconer on R6, could you suggest me a stat allocation for this build?

Optimal weapons for wugushi usually include elemental attribute, but musketeer weapons don’t offer that

I suggest you not taking Hunter C1 alone. Atleast for me, Hunter is a C2 wonder, not C1…take Archer C3 instead since you are getting falconer.

for stats, I would suggest you getting STR = DEX > CON allocation (Around 100 STR and DEX, rest in CON). At R7 lv280 that would be 200+ STR, 90 CON and 150 DEX.

I suggest you talking to a wugushi main before following my suggestion.

Oh, so thats why, what do you think about a build with Schwarzer Reiter?

SR don’t work with wugu, you have to dismount for casting wugu skills. Go heavy str. Poison spread benefits a lot from aoes.

No, you don’t. Only throw gu pot requires you to dismount.
