You mentioned changes with the TP distribution process, any details on that? I’m hyped for some extra TP but it would be good to know what’s changed in exchange for our support.

I’ve submitted a ticket on this as I am still unable to retrieve TP after 24 hours, however, I only got a generic response message.
What gives?
