Help please with the choice of build ( Cannoneer )

Hello everyone, help me please choose the build for the cannoner from these options

1. Archer с3 - Wugushi с3 - Cannoneer с2

2. Archer - Quarrel Shooter с3 - Archer - Falconer / Scout - Cannoneer с2

( Question on the second option - will I be able to shoot an autoattack sitting in the Bazooka skill if the monsters come close to me? )

Please help with a choice of only these two options and explain why you think so?

from experience, when on bazooka mode i cant land skills on monsters beside me except siege burst which is a targeted skill. I’m a scout 3 cannoner 2.
