Good morning guys. I need some help with my skills, can you answer what is more important, Multi Shot 10/10 or Barrage 5/5?
I will be hunter rank 3, so i need some help with rank 2. What would be better, archer 2 with Multi Shot 10/10 ( plus 25% critical rate ) or ranger 1 Barrage 5/5 (plus 10% attack power)

What’s your goal at higher rank R4-R7? Depend on your build plan that you lack single target or aoe skill
Barrage imo (20 characters)
I will be Rogue3. Prefer Single Target, but need some aoe, and Multi shot isn’t aoe, barrage is a good aoe. I don’t know if Barrage 5/5 damage will be more effective. Can you help me?

Barrage is much better, but later on you will have a hard time getting in front of bosses and instance monsters to use it effectively. Also, other classes will have far better ways do to the same and it won’t be a big difference as it is at the first ranks.
Archer C2 will also give you crit rate and more duration on swift step (making it 100% uptime)
What will you choose at rank 4 specifically?
the math is pretty simple.
Barrage : 3 charges, 5 hits, true aoe (3x5 aoe hits on point blank)
Multishot : 2 charges, 5 more hit (from level 5 to 10) 2x5 single target hits long range
Barrage for Feint combo 
Probably i will pick Scout, not sure yet. I will be Rogue3 so Scout is more convenient in many ways.

If rogue I agree that barrage is good too and class4 if you don’t plan go scout you can also go ranger2
