Help! Cant go to full screen

Hi,
Im having a problem, the game window is not opening full screen and i cant make it bigger. I have tried to change the resolution in the file “user.xml” but it keeps opening like that.
Can anyone help

Still no fix for the resolution error. But then I found a temporary solution to this issue, without the need of getting another monitor. Edit your user.xml file: Set Resolution mode to “2” (this means window mode) Set Height and Width to the resolution you want. Open your game through steam and wait for it to completely open.
