[Help] Build GvG and PvP

I was wondering about 3 builds and wanted to know which one is better for gvg and pvp.

Archer c1 > Ranger c3 > Scout c1 > Rogue c1 > Cannoner c1

Archer c2 > Sapper c2 > Scout c1 > Rogue c1 > Cannoner c1

Archer c1 > Quarrel c1 > Sapper c2 > Scout c1 > Rogue c1 > Cannoner c1

I am leveling a char with the third build because quarrel gives me some good skills for pvp purpose.

And i am considering put 100 con and the left points into str. Is it ok? I am Sapper c1 as it is early game i can actually reroll if i need too, but i need some help.
