I personally like the composition of no.2 the best, and it has a really cute concept! Though 3 has the potential to be really good too if you want to be more inclusive in your valentines. also goku

I like the second one best as well. It’s the most interesting composition of the 3.
Just make sure you give the dude som blush to avoid making him look slighly rapey/stalker-ish.

1st and 2nd looking good! Second one definitely has the romanctic valentine theme, while the 1st one is a cute group of friends enjoying valentines together. Its hard to choose, but like previous commenters say, the second one has a good story-like compostion 
LOL its the KABEDON a man has to look possessive when he does that. Plus hes holding a flower, so that should balance it out >.<

edit: Forgot the number. I’d go with 1 or 2. I like 2 a bit more, but feel like you’d have a lot more work to do on it (you mentioned fixing the scaling, I think you’d just have to make him a hair taller and it’d be fine, but that’d take time).
Would love to color some of your stuff if you ever don’t feel like it…
