Looks to me more like someone changing channels to find better respawn for quest monsters or less crowded areas. There isn’t a cast animation either… http://www.tosbase.com/database/skills/20304/

Logging out would take more than 2.5 seconds, and it would not place you in a location away from where you logged out unless your client crashed. In the event of a client crash you would be lucky to log in within the same minute of crashing.
edit: given how easily you can modify the client for purposes such as changing the color of your !!tag, is it too much to assume this is a hack?

It’s a good thing this is beta. These kinds of people are supposed to be trying these things so they can help the client be more resilient to hackers later.
He actually rank 4, if u look closely under swordman class there another icon

oh ■■■■you’re right. But can you blame anyone for missing it? It’s like 5px tall and the UI is unbalanced in that section so you assume nothing is there.
if this continue and there 's no solution after OBT i think this game will finished in few months
actually the grinding is already kind of bored when we deal with ultra stupid AI mobs/boss
and now tons of hack available such as teleport, speed hack, range hack, aoe hack me the game much more boring
and it’s only 1 cn at lv 50+ map make things more difficult to deal with
@pseudo Actually you don’t need to modify your client at all for that. All you have to type !!{#RRGGBB}colored text{/} (Though it’s a bit tricky to get the “{” “}” in your text window, but it works without modifying anything…)
Same for people with different text size/font or having pictures of items above their head. You can get all the formatting tags from the NPC translation files in your client folder (OTC ftw!)

With all respect, please ban the people from China to reduce the amount of hackers and gold farmers in this server.
Not about to talk about every Chinese out there, but your way of gaming is really killing games.
