Cautious: Clear one Boruta mission means clear 3 guild missions.
Does it mean if we clear guild missions 3 times, it will be counted as a single boruta mission? So if we clear the guild missions 6 times, will it be counted as 2 boruta missions? Will the guild mission count be replaced with boruta count or will it be an additive effect (bonus)?
Complete the mission with 3 Saviors from New worlds
Boruta missions 5 times with 5 or more saviors from New worlds
Is it 3 or 5?
No, only doing Boruta will count as guild mission since its using 3 tickets.
So doing 2 Boruta missions will count as 6 Guild Missions.

If you willing to do the missions until 2nd conditions this could be counted with 3 users.
However, to complete the last mission, that one escalates up to 5 users.
Too bad, since we don’t have an access to boruta, nobody will join us 
So its something like Groups from Mathmatics.
A belongs to B, B belongs to C
So when you do missions with C conditions, you could clear both A and B

May be right, but as long as you complete first mission still you will end up with 5 Challenge Reset Mega Box and 5 Awakening Box S ranks. That’s not huge for like 100 guild members, but something for 10 user like small guilds.
And still if you are in new user guild, that means
As long as you successfully kill at least once Boruta you will be rewarded with that one.
We got long time before we merge server, so this might be your chance to aim for that.
Nowhere it is said you need to complete the Sulivinas Lair version. All guilds have access to Boruta mission.
