Also, how bad the helmet affect your evasion? Does it change it on your character stats?
Always wanted to roll rodel 3 with hl 1 for mega cartar stroke and pvp but it seemed a “strike” damage overkill since murm buffed rodel skills to decent levels and packs a strong strike kit itself
but then imc buffed cartar stroke again (knockdown thing), it may end being worth. How do you rate your experience with s3 in this build? Because my options are s2 pelt 1 or s1 hl 1 or even pelt 2. I just can’t give up on pelt ;-;

and lol, a weapon flexibility is so nice, you can use catacombs for block penetration (and neglect str at pvp, unlike fencer…), 5 hammer for ratio, 315 purple sword for nice damage and massive mdef, magas for hp + evasion, trinity for accuracy…
It does decent damage I have it Lv1 with Lv 16 Attributes and Crit about 14k with it. I’m planning to get the attribute that makes it bleed higher.
But, It’s kind of not worth it since bleeding scales with Str. I think this skill is mainly for rotation and give a pierce skill. It can be very useful at times though especially in pvp lol.
I don’t think the helmet shows on the stats chart, But I feel it does decrease the evasion some. It also might just be bugged out and not displaying correctly. (I can’t see the description on Frenzied slash, So I’m expecting some stats are being hidden)

The stats like to be really bi-polar sometimes. With the helm I sometimes have 1.2k def but a lot of the times It won’t display it. But, I’ve never seen it change the evasion before. So I think it just doesn’t display it.
I don’t really thing evasion is too big of a deal if you’re a tank class since the block will also help with it.
I think if you have the money to fund Murmillo I would just pass on cartar since I can hit 20~30k range on some mobs just with the max rod/repeated hits attributes. Still need to get max headbutt strike debuff for that extra 100%.
I like Sw3 alot for the PB uptime since I didn’t take pelt. (Not really a fan of pelt) compensates for the guardian buff I don’t have.
Restrain chance is really handy especially on magic mobs that you can group together and slaughter because they can’t do anything because of the shield smashing CC’s and such. [quote=“Eon11, post:5347, topic:300257”]

Yes, You’re right about this. As Rodelero I used Five hammer up until I could craft a Cata blade. I’m currently set on that Mdef Blade and the 315 Sheild.
Yes, Murmillo master made me her slave and takes all my money. Already maxed The Rodelero and Repeated Hits Attributes. Working on Manica Enhance and Headbutt as well. I will probably get to the others later on lol.
Does anyone remember what the barbarian new passive or something does? Does it depend on dashing and is it the same or different than the Feral attribute in ktos?
Thanks, that was really informative. I can see murm c1 being an option for r9 fencer for the helmet and the overall utility in case nothing really interesting shows up. For pvp, of course.

Sword3 seem the way to go since imc hates highlander fencers, but pelt 1 hop 2 corsair 1 is growing in me by the day. Even if it’s clunky, spear lunge switch for THAT boost is really a nice tool to have after letting crossguard go… (and much more practical, also, stabbing is not bad either).
After check some doppel improvements I will give up my fencer. Doppel was my love since EA.
Switching my fencer to sw3. been waiting for it that’s why i’m throwing all my silver to my doppel atm.

I was thinking in that too, but I didn’t saw any room to Doppel sw3 for my playstyle.

DoV 15 will lower only 75% pdef, so I’m inclined to do a sw>pelt>hl2>barb1>doppel3
With chrono around, I rarely use skyliner tbh, the damage is good but the hitbox is sht-tier.

Want it for bossing. After 2 cyclone, skyliner will be better than any other doppel skill.
most bosses die after 2 cyclones lol, except high level wb of course
I will prepare my doppel to run Solmiki, and there boss has a high endurance.
