if i am poor and can’t afford 2x sissel and good gear should i aim for lv5 green gems or lv5 red gems for my rapier and dagger? (lv5 are easy to do, lv6+ takes lots of effort imo)

My dream is a lolopanther leather boots & gloves for pvp, with lv 7 green gems for evasion on the boots and iron hook gem on the gloves. Maybe 30% transcendence. Will never happen but a man can dream. The set also gives 25 critical rate.
I’m not even sure how much evasion and accuracy it could give 
Maybe an hasta/blint leather gloves/boots set but people on my server don’t sell those items.

even owning 2x sissels ur gems must have lvl 5+
lolo leather is soo meh (in my opinion) … run for virtov leather.
is it true the new STR revamp goes like p att= STR x 10 ???

in the next patch fencers will get a new skill that allows them to shoot laser beams out of their butt and an attribute added to epee garde that prevents all damage taken for 5 minutes (if its on the internet it has to be true)

Has anyone here tried farming lizard ambers from the sleeping upent quest? I keep seeing people saying conflicting things about it, saying you can, or you can’t, or somewhere in between.
Really struggling getting those gosh darn things right now and I could use any extra help I can get on farming them.
you only have one chance, repeatedly doing that quest removes the drop from quest exclusive monsters
That’s really unfortunate. Ugh, I wish they hadn’t removed all the other channels. At least that would have made it a bit better.
This is my fault for not making a Fencer sooner, I guess.
Theres literally no way to currently farm 12 ambers, there is 1 channel, and it has atleast 3 bots at all times with atleast 1-2 actual people aswell split between the north and south spawns. People are currently offering upwards of 12-15mil for an crafted venier and ive seen people go as far as to offer crafted manamanas for as few as 2 lizard ambers.
I currently own an 4/4 manahas armor set, 315 (purple) weapon, sissels, max peta, multiple characters with 80+ attributes etc and I wouldn’t even attempt to farm an amber atm, its 100% pointless until this fencer bandwagon frenzy dies down. Pick a plan B rapier for now, obviously the venier is the BiS by a crap ton but its not going to happen for new players that don’t have one, atleast on Klaipeda for example.
Spend your time and energy on your attributes and other areas to improve your character until it settles, the fotm rush always dies down eventually. 2200+ hours played, this happens from time to time, don’t kill yourself trying to fight it.

Definitely fair enough advice. I should really be focusing on other things and I think a catacomb rapier is just fine for now, but man, I can’t help but getting stuck on trying to accomplish what i know isn’t realistically possible.
I’ll probably try to farm it up a bit more and see if I get lucky and get any of them at all, but I’ll settle soon enough I’m sure.
If you really really can’t get one soon, get a duelist and get a catacombs rapier. Once you hit fencer c3, do epee stance with duelist and switch to catacombs rapier to do your skills.
