I will start off saying that I have a build with cleric 1 priest 3 at level 190 focusing across 3 stats (con, int, spr) and have had no issues being able to heal my party in dungeons as well as missions and frequently have leftover heal tiles.
I have yet to test how it works in pvp (since there is no arena yet) as well as trying it without priest 3 but I suspect it won’t work without some kind of damage prevention from whatever class.
So how do I do it so you can too?
I. Use Heal on CD
After your tank has gathered the mobs place down your heal tiles away from the mobs so that it’s visible to the entire party even if everyone has full HP. Whenever your heal tile CD is over, place both charges again. Heal your tank with Mass Heal, but if he/she is in danger of dying try to place a set of heal tiles over him/her and the rest to the normal away spot for the rest of the party.
Don’t place your tiles over party members except with the above case. Place your tiles a safe distance from the boss but still in visible range so that archer/mage team members can get to it without coming too close to the boss. Try to discourage people from standing over heal tiles with full HP so they don’t eat them when they don’t need them. For example bloodletting can eat up a lot of heal tiles if they are standing over them unnecessarily.
II. Allow others to use Safety Zone
If all your heals are on CD and your tank is in danger of dying, give them your safety zone by stepping on his/her spot and using it. You can do the same for your squishy archer and mages by placing your safety zone over them where they stand or if they’re moving around a lot just place it in a convenient spot. They’ll use it.
III. Use defensive buffs only when needed
If you just spam your buffs, you may not have it when you actually really need it. If you see monsters that hit hard, use stone skin then but otherwise wait for it. Use revive when a party member is about to die if your cd doesn’t over lap (from the attribute). You don’t need to use aspersion most times if your stone skin is blocking everything. Don’t use stone skin or aspersion if most people are in your safety zone with you or it’s a waste.
IV. Be aware of the buff limit
You can’t always have every buff on and some people have personal buffs (that you can’t see for some reason in party search dungeons), so only use the buffs that you actually need all at once. You don’t need Monstrance for example if your party is filled with mages. Use Monstrance only when you don’t need to focus on defense but rather offense if you have physical classes that will benefit from it and not overriding another buff.
Well hopefully this has helped you. I figure some of these tips are also useful if you’ve taken cleric c2 as well. But it seems overall if you have a lot of damage prevention, you can get away with taking once less cleric rank.
Your thoughts? Your findings? Anyone else with other builds that work and can solo support parties with just cleric c1?

it’s horrible experience.
