[GUIDE] Archer Class Types

Hi guys, very new to this style of game and looking for some advice with the build I might go for.

The idea is to keep Swift step on 100% uptime while using the pet as a distraction (and stunner) so I can force myself to the targets rear.

Any improvements would be helpful

Oh, that’s a bummer. I tend to shun away from classes that require specific items for their skills because I’m too stingy, so I often decide to “save up” on the material and end up never using the skill at all.

So if “Venom” costs 1000 silver each, that means each Needle Blow costs 5000 silver to shoot (5 poison cost taken from tosbase)? Oh well, count me out then. I don’t even want to buy wood pieces for a Dievdirbys, imagine spending that much on each skill!

Thank you for showing me the Wugushi way is not for me.

ok there are 2 things here. 1 im a believer that you are fine no matter what you pick… you could pick a single circle every single advancement and still be worthy … 100%… with that in mind, you cant ■■■■ up your build… now if you are archer archer archer scout. just play the full pvp build you are already building. archer3 scout 1 rogue 3. show the kids that play this game why rogue is retarded.

So, i’ve been lurking the forums to find a build that i think i would enjoy playing for archer, the thing is in rpg’s i sometimes just go with the skills that i think would be more fun to me, and maybe that’s not always the way to go for mix max the effectiveness of a class… so to me this build i made looks fun, but i’m not sure if it’s viable or not, or what stats i should be prioritizing, i hope i can get some help from you guys, thanks a lot in advanced.

Oh no, each Venom gives 200 poison, so Needle Blow only costs 25 silver to shoot. Throw Gu Pot is the one that costs quite a bit, at 115 silver each use.

But yeah, I guess it does add up. I spend about 20,000 silver every day buying venom for my poison pot. I play a lot though!

lol
there is no synergy between scout-wugushi-sr
so you need to be more specific about what u want

honestly, it’s mostly that those skills seem useful to me, i mean empowering your attacks with venom while spamming twin arrows/ or anything that bounces of enemies while poisoning them, and having the ability to be stealth and have another ability to negate some damage, etc while still ptting some damage, the SR i just put in because i like that the skills it offers are like driveby attacks xD with an option to just use them to make distance between you and your target, my goal is to reach canno because well i like it’s abilities. that’s about it, spam stuff, make it die, not die in the process, if able to create distance with target then cool. if that doesn’t seem to viable, how about this other try. oh also what would be the stats i should be focusing ???

Well actually Zhendu sucks because they don’t scale with anything
so it’s not even worth getting it(only to lvl1)
if you want to spam stuff you could just go Fletcher C3/Scout C3
Archer C3>Scout C1> Fletcher C3
You will create distance with heavy shot(if you are going to get it, leave at lvl1), you will spam skill with fletcher and have stealth from scout
or get scout C3 and you will spam split arrow and be able to get cannoneer too

Oh, that clears things up! Now it’s way less scary than it seemed at first.

Anyway, 20,000 silver a day is enough to push be back, I’m afraid. Thank you very much for all the information!

Any suggestion on build?

Sounds fine
you could change critical shot’s points to time arrow bomb
it does +50% bonus damage against plate armor
getting more points on full draw to make it instant cast since you want to leave heavy shot at lvl1 just for the utility, theres no point on lvling it up for the damage

Hey there, I started playing yesterday and even with this really good guide I am not sure which archer evolution I should go haha’
I liked the Scout C3 style but I don’t know if it is good for PvP, and the QS C3 looks fun too.
But what I really want on my build is a companion class (hunter or falconer),
there is any good combination with this classes? Or to be good with a companion class I need it on rank 3? If so, what is a good combination with hunter or falconer? Thanks!

moving question, nvm!

I’m not sure how strong the bleeding is, but I was thinking of going:
Archer C3 > Scout C1 > Fletcher C1 > Rogue C2

Archer:
Obviously Swift Step, Multishot, Twin Arrows with a mix of Oblique, a single point in Full Draw

Scout.
Everything but Camouflage. Mostly for Cloak.

And here’s where I want to deviate from the Rogue C3 build;

Fletcher:
Mostly to be able to add my own bleed effects through Broadhead, which crosses over into Backstab. This is sort of a questionmark. What is massive bleeding and how does it scale (I know it’s ATK + STR, but what’s the formula)?
Obviously I do want some of that fine Crossfire and will most likely just max out Bodkin Point.

Rogue.
Sneak Hit maxed for ~100% uptime
Feint - 5/10 for the 7 targets
Vendetta - 5/10
If Vendetta is more convenient than I expect right now, I might go Feint 1/10, Vendetta 9/10, with the bleed focus and all
Lachrymator - 5/5
Backstab - 5/5

So basically this is about mixing in [bleeding] with a cloaked backstab, transferring over into [massive bleeding], (which hopefully still counts as bleeding) and trying to maintain a decent uptime on the backstab + bleed.

PVE Focussed.

Any comments?

That looks more of a PvP build than it is a PvE build.

I want to keep the option open, that’s for sure, but I’m looking more for a mobile single-target with some minor AoE.

hi i have a question i’m thinking to go with this build A3 -> QS3 -> Musketeer

so my question is do you think it better is go to leather or plate armour ??

Heya! In wich level Full Draw instant cast? And Time Arrow bomb extra 50% dmg on plate isnt atribute, so its a hidden bonus?

At level 7
it is a hidden thing
